Receptionist/Nurse was very nice. We were late for our 1 pm appointment but everything went fine, my granddaughter was attended to and after assessing her the Dr took a throat culture and prescribed meds and directions were given. Dr told My granddaughter she will feel better soon. He was very nice and gentle.

I was seen promptly for something minor. The woman at the desk was also the nurse and was juggling check in, insurance verification, labs, and triage very efficiently. She deserves a raise.

The building itself looks newer but although I was the first appointment of the day, the toilet was dirty and there was no trashcan in the bathroom. Things were dusty. New but a little neglected.

The nurse practitioner was kind, patient and had good bedside manner.

Peace of mind to find medical last minute when my daughter was sick and had to drive an hour away to pick her up at college. Our concerns were validated and reassured with compassion, no rushed at all. We were also seen in timely manner with a seamless check in process. Medication was prescribed to alleviated symptoms for recovery. Thank you to the staff at Carbon Los Alamitos.

Experience was good. After making an appt, had to wait another 30 min. But then called back. Nurses were all nice and accommodating. I was diagnosed and they called in prescriptions to my pharmacy.

I've taken two of my children to this UC & each provider knew when to prescribe things & when not to. It doesn't seem like much, but pediatrics can be tricky & they were spot on each time!
So, when I needed to visit for myself, this is the UC I chose. Not only did they see me quickly & take the time to listen, but they sent me to ER because they were not comfortable with my symptoms. It was a good call because I had an arterial dissection that they ended up finding in ER.
They haven't let me down at this place yet & I'd recommend them to anyone.

This had been my go to urgent care for my whole family for 10 years. Last time however they said that they couldn’t see my son for a sore throat, fever and a skin rash. That they could only see him for one (either the cold symptoms or the skin rash) and then he would have to come back and pay the copay again for the second thing. I ended up doing this but next time I will find a new urgent care to go to.
