Avoid made a purchase on the 18th December 2024- emailed 3 times no communication no responses requested a refund and advised I will be contacting trading standards do not purchase from this company wish I had read reviews before buying from this company as it seems there are a lot of people with the same experience.

Same as most of the other reviews. This pharmacy is laughable. They don't really sell their products at the low price they state. Their website doesn't work for these purported low price purchases and their communication/contact is non-existant.
I wasted nearly an hour trying to order and contact them, then went straight to Weldricks and successfully purchased the same products within two minutes! Trust me when I say this - AVOID THESE CLOWNS

The creams for my daughter’s eczema were really well priced compared to other companies. It was also one of the few places that actually sold both the 50:50 cream and dermol 500 and 600 creams that I needed. I received a confirmation email and the an email saying that it had been dispatched a couple of days later. That email said 2-3 days delivery, though it could take up to 5 working days. 7 working days later I was concerned so sent an email. No reply. Another email 2 days later. Still no reply. I saw the reviews then and panicked. I found a telephone number on google and called the day after. They said someone would get back to me. Impatient, I called the day after and they gave me a tracking number. The RM tracking details said that it had been dispatched on the day the email notification had been sent. It was just at a depot for much longer than it should have been. I can’t fault the company for poor RM delivery. They do lose a star for lack of communication. However I got the products I wanted at a cheap-ish price. It was just delivered slowly.

Only reason I’ve given one star is because you can’t give none.
Purchased 2 items from this company, both the same, and only one arrived in the post.
I was charged for two.
I’ve emailed them several times to which I’ve had no reply.
Very bad communication from them.
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Purchased an item on 8th March. Confirmation email of purchase received stating dispatch would be between 5-7 days. Still no item received. Money was taken from my account when item purchased. Can't get hold of the company. Did not read reviews prior to ordering and I am now very concerned that I have used this so called pharmacy. What a disgusting way to treat people and abuse trust. Please do not use this pharmacy. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Wish I’d stopped here first! Good price but for a reason. ZERO confirmation after purchase. No emails, most worrying is fact it’s an insecure payment system. Chased asking where purchase was, no response to several emails or FB messages. Then today I get a refund, so no meds, no communication, nothing. AVOID

Seriously do not use. l placed an order for items l needed as I am paralysed from the neck down. I ordered 6 at £5.99. I hadn't received the items and so I went to check - l had been refunded for no reason and the cream is now £12.99. l have reported to the Advertising Standards Agency. l wish l had heeded the reviews first and steered clear!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID waste of time took order of stuff i on 10/9
i needed to go on holiday despite saying it was being prrocessed nothing recd in time. chased up no response . yesterday recd part of the order 15 days after ordering... supposedly on 48 tracked !! the other urgent item is needed so i emailed asking where it was? just got a notification of refund today. No apology or even any wording at all on the email , didnt want a refund wanted the goods i ordered. now before i go away again i now have to source it from another retailer. VERY SHODDY BUSINESS
