I tried going here for a few months based off some of the other reviews, but I had a very poor experience with their staff and won’t come back. The staff said there was an issue with my copay card and wouldn’t explain to me why the price went up. They were incredibly rude on the phone and actually mocked me for asking questions to try to understand what was going on I ended up asking my doctor to just transfer my prescription to the CVS down the street and I have not had any problems with the copay card since then. I’d like to support a local business, but the pharmacists here were not kind and I would not recommend coming here.

10/10 recommend going here. I have been going to CVS and other major pharmacies most of my life, and I have been used to waiting for hours for my scripts to be filled. Never again! The experience I have had at Capitol Drugs is one of a kind, the staff is super friendly and my scripts are filled by the time I get there. Thank you guys!

I have been coming here for years - the staff here cares about having people as customers. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have found things I can't find anywhere else here. And if they don't have it, they will order it for you - or let you know when to expect their next shipment. They sent me to their Sherman Oaks store for something they didn't have. You can become a member if you want - I get my natural protein here. Thumbs up to the staff.

I have been coming to Capitol Drugs for 10 plus years. I am a big supporter of local business and try to never head to the box pharmacies unless I absolutely have to. Unfortunately, in the past couple of years I have arrived at the WeHo branch to find that my prescriptions, which are sent in by my doctor, have not been filled OR even looked at. A few times the medication was not on hand and a delay of days would happen if I had Capitol fill the prescription. This practice of not even looking for a prescription order until the customer is at the counter is something I only find at this pharmacy. Despite repeated complaints on my part, this had not changed. I arrived today to find once again the prescription my doctor had ordered 5hrs earlier had not been filled or even looked at until my arrival. Luckily, today the medication is in stock and I don't have to find another pharmacy. Today will be the last time I come to this pharmacy. The people are all very nice but as a pharmacy customer I have to take care of my needs by going elsewhere because prompt attention should be paid to medical needs of customers and I'm not finding that attention at Capitol Drugs.

I don't know, but to me there is something very comforting about having a local pharmacist. I enjoy going here to get my prescriptions filled and always learn something about good health. Then there is PowerZone right next door which is equally as good. So, my routine, if I have to get medicine, is to do it here, stop by for a protein shake and learn something. Local, community, great service and great environment. As it should be.
