Does Smoke and vape have a new owner The lady behind the counter was amazing! I walk in and have 5 customers ahead of me. All 6 of us had our products and were out the door under 10mins! Amazing! Gotta be newish ownership ! It's been like this the last 5 years or more! Before not so good.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and the new dude gave me two of the wrong juices which I didn’t notice until later since the boxes look exactly the same. Came back next day and they were out of the one I wanted so I had to wait two weeks for him to tell me he can’t swap UNOPENED juice. I told him every time I went in what I was trying to do and not once was it communicated they couldn’t fix their mistake. My husband and I have spent a lot of money in this store over the last four years. You lost my business.

I was running a little late from work, and wasn't going to make before closing time. I shot the shop a call, the cashier was nice enough to keep the shop open a few extra minutes for me to grab my items. Talk about customer service!

I wouldn't have given a star at all but that wasn't an option. I bought a water pipe and the water leaks out. Ive used it once at night and woke up it was sitting in a puddle. Def need to come back.. For a refund... No thanks I'm NOT HAPPY. AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THE GLASS HERE.

The manage or owner was very rude to entire time. He claimed to know which products were good but after questioning that person it became apparent they had no experience with that they were talking about. I had to ask another customer which products were good and luckily was directed to a high quality product. After the cashier insulted me and tried to charge me $3.50 more for a $2.00 product I asked the other employer what the real price of the item was. I was then asked to leave the store and was not able to allow me to purchase the items at their overpriced and scammed value. The individual """helping""" was very rude the entire time and I would not recommend any outsiders to ever visit this store because they will try to scam you. I feel sorry for the people that have to live in Riverside and wish them all the best of luck. May god help this poor person's soul. I will take time today and ask others to pray for the clerk so that this individual may have a batter life.
