I do not like to leave a bad review but with PSYCHOLOGY, y’all need to stop hiring therapists who have zero qualifications (perhaps other than a degree anyone breathing can get). I will never be returning to this place again. What a humiliation ritual. The behavioral health department there is an absolute JOKE. I came in under doctor recommendation for some talk therapy, and I have been to many different psychiatrists over the years. One of their therapists, Ariana, was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I went to her twice, the first time was short and I simply explained to her what was going on in my life. She asked me questions while looking at her computer the entire time, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask me my own name formally. I didn’t even know her name until I went on the patient portal. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was this way because it was our first meeting. Nope. Second meeting, this girl tells me as soon as I sit down that it’s going to be shorter because I was ten minutes late. Understandable, but way to let me know right as I come in. It immediately felt like she had somewhere else to be. And then she says “what do you want to talk about today?” Not my therapy style, but I let it go and I told her I was having reoccurring nightmares, for years, ones that make me terrified to go to sleep. While telling her these intimate things, she was tapping her foot, checking her watch, YAWNING. My god. She then proceeds to answer me as if I’m her twelve year old friend and we are in middle school. She says “yeah yeah, for sure I understand why you feel that way, maybe you should try coloring in bed. Maybe get the journal app in your iPhone so you can, like, write them down if you feel scared.” That is the only thing she gave me verbally the entire session, aside from her quick nodding, yawning and foot tapping. After maybe 20 minutes of sitting in there, she says “do you need to tell me anything else?” And I was so defeated, I said “I don’t think so” and so she looks at her computer for a minute and says “well you can schedule another follow up upstairs with the desk.” That was the whole of the appointment. I am nearly 30 years old. This was an absolute insult and a joke. This person should be reported.

The dental assistant was HORRIBLE at the cleaning and my son(6y) was tense and scared from the beginning. She never introduced herself, she was rude and impatient working with him as a child. She didn’t introduce what tools she was using and just started in his mouth with the machines. He was obviously tense and hesitant and the slightest bit of communication with him would have done wonders. It’s as if she had never worked with a child before, at all. He was gagging on the water because she kept drowning him, she kept starting spraying the water to rinse and frightening him, like shocking him with the cold, not communicating when she would spray. I tried so hard to keep quiet at first but she really started off entirely wrong without even introducing herself. Then I opened up because of my son’s obvious distress. She explained nothing to my son and ignored me when I spoke up. She created a trauma and fear in him that he did not have before. I am very familiar with the very poor practices of Camarena and thought we would try this location. This location is just as horrible as the rest of them. Cute atmosphere, great kids shows in the waiting room, not overbooked so the wait was brief. But exceptionally horrible human interaction, horrible and inexcusable mishandling of a child. No training? No experience? No care? Too tired to perform kindly at 4pm? It was the end of his day, too. Now your one miserable day set the tone for the rest of his dental appointments. I am furious at the carelessness performed today. I will note, she decided when she felt ready about half way through, after he was so tense, after he was about to quit and leave, after it was so bad, to start communicating with him, but AFTER it was too late, after I had to speak up, after all the trauma was done. It’s this exact type of experience that ruins it for the rest.

I absolutely love this dentist the staff is wonderful and so their job so good which is rare to come across these days. They make me feel so comfortable ! Doctor Christensen is fast and amazing at what she does! The best dentist I ever had. Love it here 5 stars

The facility is absolutely beautiful, however the staff is awful. My teenage daughter sees a behavioral therapist in this location. We have had roughly 8 appointments and only 3 have gone smoothly. Either the staff schedules wrong, or the therapist calls out, every time there is a confirmation call made the person who is confirming is telling me that the appointment is canceled because of an issue on their side. Also I have made several attempts to contact office manager with no success. Either I am put on hold and never speak to anyone, or I leave a message and no one calls back. It's extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and unorganized at this location
