I went to a dental appointment for my child and received horrible customer service by the front desk. I arrived early to the appointment and the front desk stated that they would need to verify my insurance through my employer. The front desk employees stated they couldn’t verify my insurance even though I called the insurance company and a representative from the front desk spoke to the representative over the phone and verified that my son does have insurance. The representatives at the front desk were very rude and disrespectful. We waited over 30 minutes to not be seen at all once we were told that he didn’t have insurance even though proof was provided. My son and I were both discriminated against. I would not recommend the dental office on A Street at all.

"I'm extremely disappointed to hear that Dr. Faith Nguyen is no longer with Camerena Dental. I was in the middle of a treatment plan with her, and her sudden departure has left me feeling uncertain and concerned about my dental care.

Dr. Faith Nguyen provided exceptional care, and her expertise and compassion made every visit comfortable and stress-free. Her commitment to her patients' well-being is unparalleled, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she invested in my treatment.

I sincerely hope that Camerena Dental will reconsider their decision and bring Dr. Faith back to complete my treatment. I'm willing to wait for her return, as I trust her expertise and care.

I am going to wait for her to return to finish my treatment, I've been to different dentists and no other dentist has gave me the support and care that she provided.

I was referred out through the VA. I accepted Camarena because I wanted Dr. Young specifically to deliver my baby. I explained to the scheduler that because of the VA process I’m already in my second trimester she got me an appointment next day. Day of appointment they canceled it because the Dr wouldn’t be there. Couldn’t get me in for another month. I did not cancel you did the day off and now I won’t be seen for another month. I have had no maternity care and they really just didn’t give a crap. I am calling the VA to see if I can be seen at Dr. Young’s Fresno office. Yesterday there were multiple slots open now the day of my appointment there aren’t any for a month?

I'm super happy to never go back here. I've never had so many denied claims from my insurance from office filing issues. The dental office has a policy for once a year cleanings for adults which doesn't match most insurance coverage. I also had to get a filing re-done at another location after have a dental student complete work on me.

I was recommended to go to Dr. Qianmin Wang, DDS instead by my orthodontist. I wouldn't recommend Camarena to my worst enemy.

They have awesome doctors for kids and adults. Their Nutritionist Emily is amazing. She has kept us on track and motivated to live healthier lives. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. Even when I arrive 30 minutes early to my appointments they get me in pretty quickly. Nurses, practitioners and doctors are all very friendly. Never had a bad experience.

Great experience for my special needs daughter. The dental assistants/hygienists were so fantastic in getting my daughter's x-rays and making her feel comfortable. Dr. Martha Rubio was also very gentle with her and did a great job. The office is very up-to-date, with a state-of-the-art rotating x-ray machine. The office/facility is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them 🙂

I came in for my flu shot. I must say Camarena has improved a lot in the last few months overall with costumer service. The providers have all been consistently well mannered and usually have a great bedside manner. The front desk now greets you and is friendly. When I’ve called the staff/ call center now identifies themselves and is very courteous and helpful over the phone. I’m very happy that they are treating us with respect and dignity. Great job and please keep it up , it really shows and makes a world of difference.
