I know it’s been a bit since I tanned but I know my body. The girl at the desk suggested 5 min. I told her I wanted to do 8min. She didn’t respond to me comment. Told me the bed was ready. She only gave me 6min in the tanning bed. She did not do what I ask nor have a conversation to tell me she wasn’t going to do what I ask. I will not have her help me again.

I really enjoyed the ease of reactivating my membership today. The customer service was phenomenal, and I always enjoy the clean and efficient facility. I would recommend this location as it’s top notch! 🙂

The one challenge I've faced is the constant pressure to buy add-ons and pricey lotions. Despite my long-term membership of over 20 years, I sometimes feel uncomfortable as some staff members can be extremely pushy, and it’s awkward when they persist even after I decline.

I’ve also known that the staff are encouraged to meet sales targets, which may impact their focus on customer service. This can affect the overall experience, making it feel less about the customer and more about the sales.

I love Cal Sun it has been so fun to try the different modalities and see the benefits that it has offered to my health. I especially appreciate the Red Light Therapy (Beauty Angel), Spray Tans and Tanning Beds. My boyfriend has also loved coming in to use the Sauna & Massage Bed. The staff are very welcoming & caring, and they’re very intentional about making sure you have a good experience every time. I HIGHLY recommend you go check it out!

I have been a customer for about 10 years or so now. I have an ambassador membership which includes all services and I absolutely love it! I do a rotation of the Halo & Cocoon infrared saunas, red light therapy beds, massage beds and spray tanning. I can do all services everyday with my membership and it’s so much cheaper than buying packages at other spas! I will be a Forever customer ⭐️
