Hate it. I was using Kings Pharmacy which is great, but my doctor works with California Pharmacy, so I thought I would try them. They had my prescription for a week and still didn't fill it. I called them 3 times. First they said they were working on it. Then they said I was not in their system. The girl that answered the phone was rude and didn't even seem that she cared why I finally said I was cancelling my order with them. I would NEVER EVER use this pharmacy.

They are the worst!!! They didn't give me a clear instruction how to use the medication. I asked them about how to do a re-fill next time, they told me "just call". Now when my mom has almost used up her prescription, I called them to order a refill they called me back almost 3 days later and said that my mom needs to have her blood withdrew again (my mom's medication is made from her blood) Now I have to get the order from the doctor, get an appointment for the blood withdraw, and it will take them about 7 - 10 days to get it done....

I haven't mentioned that they hung up the phone on me when I was trying to tell them that they didn't give me a clear instruction when I first got the medication. I called back and talk to a "manager"...and told him about that...and guess what, he was trying to protect his employee...and he even said "if you are not happy, I can refer you to a different pharmacy, but I'm telling you right now that it is really hard to find a pharmacy that can do the medication" ....So, what he was trying to say is that his pharmacy is the only one can do it, so whatever they want to do to you, you just have to accept it!!!

Always had a great experience working with them. My prescriptions are filled timely and accurate. Best thing is that they treat you like family. When I walk in the staff knows me by my name and knows why I'm there.

I have had a compounding prescription with this pharmacy for quite some time now!! I am extremely pleased. I do not live in the area & they ship my prescription to me for free!!! It always arrives in a timely manner. Everyone I have talked to has always been pleasant & very helpful ! Can't recommend this pharmacy enough!!!!

Wow! If you want the personal touch and attention of a local business rather than a large corporation, use California Pharmacy and Compounding as your pharmacy. "Service with a smile" is an understatement at this place, these guys go above and beyond what I ever would expect from my local pharmacy. I highly recommend using this pharmacy for all your needs. A+++

I have been very happy with the staff and the products and it is my gynecologist's favorite compound pharmacy. Lexie was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the products, and in general, but I don't know if she is still there.
