I'm leaving this review on behalf of my father. He used a local pharmacy at a grocery store for years but jumped at the chance to have his prescriptions delivered to his home. The staff is very friendly and professional. The drivers always arrive with a smile. Delivery is usually the very next day. I highly recommend Cali Care Pharmacy!!!

We are so grateful for CaliCare Pharmacy in Chino. My mom lives nearby. CaliCare is in network for her insurance and provides free delivery of her prescription medications. They worked with me to organize all her medications, and she can call them when she wants a refill so that she has control. CaliCare calls her doctors when necessary. The staff is very patient and explains the answers to whatever questions we have clearly to ensure we understand. In particular, I want to thank Diana and Pharmacist Viraj. They know us, and having such a connection means a lot. CaliCare Pharmacy is one of the best elements of my mom's care team.

I'm not sure about the ethics of this company. They called my husband and asked if he needed diabetic supplies. He uses a specific brand, they did not ask what brand he uses. They sent another brand that they are promoting. I called and asked how they got our phone number and was told someone signed up online. This is not true. I asked them twice now to come and pickup the supplies, which we have not used. I'm calling my insurance company next, this seems shady.
