My 4 year old came here for his immunizations for school & we had such a great experience! The administration was kind & quick, the wait time was less than 2 min, the nurses were warm & knowledgeable, & his doctor connected with him & reassured him in a way he understood. My kiddo screamed & was a total wreck after the shots but everyone still treated him with respect. And gave him a cool toy! ☺️

Dr. Goldwasser is an amazing addition to the team. I love that the clinic is expanding and including more providers by offering telemedicine directly from the clinic offices.

BUT The downside is the likely understaffing issues with clinic staff and nurses. If you call and leave a message on a nurses line, I’d say it’s 50/50 if you will ever get a returned phone call. I’ve left messages on the nurse line about medication issues for which I have never received a return phone call. I’ve also left messages for my doctor that he never received from the staff. I’m not sure what’s going on- if it’s incompetency or not enough staff to get basic work done- but the clinic needs to do better with this.

No one cares for your health and well being. Been coming here for a number of years because it is convenient and closed to where we live. Tried to be patient and not to complain much and tried to give them some credits but my patience has finally run out. Staff here don't seem to give a damn about anything and they seem to be incompetent and rude. Rudeness is very much number one thing I've encountered throughout the years. I tried to put that aside and kept on thinking oh they must have been busy and overwhelmed. All these years, that's what I've been telling myself. I am considered myself a good patient and I am a nurse myself and I don't complain, however, even that in me has gone dried. All I get from this place is rudeness, no caring at all. Let's put it this way, they just DON'T CARE AT ALL. I only come in once a year to get annual physical examination - the routine check, other than that I am not here all the time unless I have illnesses that need medical attention which doesn't happen much. I don't like going to see doctors and all that unless I am really sick. There is no caring here whatsoever- just rudeness and they blame you ,the patients, for their mistakes and they don't seem to communicate very well either between themselves and with the patients. I am not going to go into details for what I have experienced here because it will be a very long story. And this is my honest review. I don't want to even bother to call someone here to let them hear my voice because I don't believe it will make any difference and I don't even think that there is any department who is willing to listen. I am very disappointed, very sad that all these years this place has not been improved. I don't leave review and this is my first time ever to write a review and sadly it happens to be for this facility. I am leaving this place finally and will move all my medical record to somewhere else that wants my business and at least not being so rude to their patients.

I was very disappointed in meeting Mr William Cannata !! He was extremely rude ! Worst bedside manner I ever dealt with :(.. on top of that he prescribed me two different antibiotics one of which counteracted with my blood thinner !! Thank God CVS gave me a heads up because this doctor is an idiot !! had he checked that I was on this blood thinner he would of known better than to give me this medication !

I am a provider and I called to ask if the patient has stablished a relationship with the Clinic. I was transferred to Medical Records and I was informed I needed to send a release of Information Form. The person was very rude and had no soft skills. A yes/no answer was what I was looking for so I could determine if I could send them the Release of Information.

I was concerned to take my 7 year old to this center with an asthma attack because of the online reviews, but I had no choice.
Everyone from the front desk to nurses, doctors, medical students, etc. were nothing but nice and sweet.
The attention they gave us was exceptional and my daughter quickly recovered due to their care.
We were out of the door healthy in a couple of hours.

Too many of the front office staff have either bad attitudes or seem semi-competent. Some act like they are doing a favor by checking people in at all and that they don't really want to or they don't know how to answer phones professionally, let alone answer questions when they do. Once, a doctor or nurse practioner seeing my daughter had to look up symptoms and treatment on her phone, then still got it wrong. They had already delayed her test results. Walkins are hours long waits; appointments days long. I have been advised by many people to drive down the mountain for anything serious. The front entrances don't appear to accomodate wheel chairs; there is a button to push on the inside of the vestibule to get through the outer door only. That makes no sense--what century are we in? I must wonder about the funding...I will bet the staff is underpaid and undertrained.

My review is strictly for Mr. Biscotti the chiropractor on site at BVCHD. I have to say he is amazing. I was in a lot of pain and went in to see him. I thought I pulled a muscle in my shoulder however I actually snapped two ribs out of place. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I walked out feeling like a new person and well educated on after treatment to do at home. If you need a chiropractor on the mountain he’s the one to see!!
