Baker Creek has some of the most unique seeds on the market. We have had very high germination rates. We have enjoyed their flavors and colors for the past 6-7 years. Now that we are in Missouri, we also are able to visit their farm. What a fantastic location! The Tulip Festival exceeded expectations.

I have been ordering from Bulk Herb Store for at least 10 years and I LOVE their store. The quality and price of their products is excellent. Their liver cleanse tincture is a lifesaver! Also their fresh spices are so good, and you can't possibly find bulk organic fresh ground spices of this quality anywhere for a better price. And their Jasmine Green Tea is heavenly. We have also bought a number of books from them and they have all become my favorite books, they must really put a lot of thought into the literature they select for their store. We have used a lot of the herbs we have bought from them to make our own teas and tinctures and salves and have been quite pleased. Their youtube channel and the articles on their site are all wonderful as well. We have told a lot of people about their store and will continue to buy from them! I give them 5 Stars, would give 10 if I could!

Great Place for all your herbal needs ! Went here when living in TN and I order online when living here in NY. Great Service and you can call if you have any issues or questions. Recently Ordered the Making Herbs Simple 1 and 2 dvds during a sale. Love this store !!!

Less than a year ago I purchased 4 bags of dried elderberries from Bulk Herb Store. I used 2 bags immediately and put aside the other two bags in my herb closet. I took out the bags last week and when I opened the first bag, mold was growing on the berries. I looked at the second bag and noticed mold was on the berries there also. When I called the store to check on a refund, they refused, citing a 30 day return policy. They did offer to give me a partial refund, which I declined. As a former Bulk herb retailer myself, I know that properly processed herbs have a shelf life a year or more when stored in a cool, dark place. The fact that all these berries were coated with mold lets me know they were rushed to market.
Update: 1/9/18: The Bulk Herb Company has mailed me a refund for half of the total amount I paid, and I do appreciate their good faith effort to resolve the issue. I do feel that the customer should take extra precaution to preserve their herbs, because the standard of one year shelf life for dried herbs doesn’t necessarily apply with botanicals that are in high demand.

I have not been to the store yet, I've only ordered online and the herbs are a great quality and a good price. They have a good variety of premixed teas and tinture recipes that will "DO THE BODY GOOD".

Best balm in the world!! On two occasions I've used Eden Salve - to heal a horrible burn on my forearm from my gas grill, then again on my daughter's legs from huge mosquito bites. For the burn, the healing process was expedited by at least a week, with no scarring!! After applying the balm on my daughter's legs before she went to bed, she woke up the next morning with much less irritation and itch - and again the balm sped up the healing. Needless to say, I highly recommend this product and the Bulk Herb Store. Very friendly and compassionate staff. Thank you Melody and Gabe, you guys are the best!
