This is such a great place! I love their products and try to keep stocked up on the bar soap and laundry detergent. The bar soap doesn't leave your skin too dry or too oily, but just right, and the laundry scents are great and long-lasting. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I definitely recommend Hot Springs Buff City Soap!

As someone with sensitive skin I couldn't use anything with scent for a very long time. The essential oils they use at Buff City don't bother my skin. I use the soap, the lotion and the laundry detergent! Thanks for having such wonderful products.

Normally love this place! We went in to paint a bath bomb and the lady said “Sorry I can’t do that. I’m the only one here and we get too many complaints when we do this”. I was the only person in the store. She was just lazy. ?
