This place is terrible. Has become nothing of a store. Everything is overpriced unless it's on special and if it is you can guarantee it's almost expired. Sandwiches in the deli are not good anymore. Hot case is all dry food. Milk is always about to expire. Meat is not good these days. Used to be the best in town. Was in line while cashier took 10 minutes to bag groceries for 1 person cause this place has 4 people working in the whole store. 5 including the meat guy. Which is no butcher btw.

Old Buster Coddobbler up on Cobb Mountain needed some help removing a whole slug of marahoochie some pinhead planted on his back forty and promised to take me and Saddleback Joe to Bruno's for Delicatessen sandwiches after we get back from the landfill.
You should have seen the look on everybody's face when we dumped that ten yard trailer packed full of weed...it was priceless! But not as priceless as the sandwiches we got at the Delicatessen at Bruno's !

I shop at Bruno's because they are the only supermarket in Lakeport that carries the ONLY natural milk in Lake county, i.e. - non-homogenized, non-fortified with a "vitamin" D, whole. This kind is the only non-UPF kind of milk, the one that gives you health.

guess this is what $10 gets you for a sandwich these days. marked the sourdough bread and even wrote sourdough roll under it because they don't have the option for it anymore, and they still put it on cheap sandwich bread. 🤦‍♂️

Enjoy getting the donuts and coffee in the morning. They have a great selection of glass bottle sodas, and they will try and get customer requested items. Overall nice grocery store with some of the better deli meats available in Lakeport.

I've always had good, friendly service. They have great produce. Good local milk. The seafood always smells really bad, I wouldn't buy any seafood there. They offer a lot of different Mexican products. Reasonable pricing.
