My PT (who is also the manager for this location) Stephanie Crandall was great to work with - setting aggressive goals and challenging me in my recovery. Also, post Brooks PT, she left me with good a set of exercises including some to do in the pool (my request for aqua since I like to exercise in the pool) to continue my long-term recovery for my hip replacement. I feel great and restored so much mobility and strength in only 10 weeks post-surgery. I have had experience with physical therapy twice before in my past in Brevard County with other providers (just moved to Volusia) and this experience was by a wide margin, the best and significantly exceeded my expectations. Everyone is friendly to interact during your journey to recovery.

Brooks is an amazing company with amazing workers and therapists. There home health team is inspiring and caring in everything that they do. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how much the company cares about how their employees conduct their personal lives. My mother has worked here for over 10 years and she along with my father kicked me out of their home after the hurricane. I suffer from severe mental health issues, so them doing this has taken an even larger toll on my mental health. Sad to see such a wonderful company employing such an evil person.

We can NOT rave more about Brooks Rehabilitation! My nana had a left hip and elbowing fracture and we received PT and OT from Brooks for her. Both therapist were AMAZING!!! LaRae especially has our hearts! She was so kind and caring. She always included my nana in all conversations even when it was hard because she is hard of hearing. She was thorough and careful to look at all angles of healing so that my nana had the best chances of a positive outcome! She was incredibly knowledgeable and always explained how and why she was doing each exercise. She remembered the details of my nanas care each time and was such an encouragement to our family as a whole! I think my mom and I looked forward the therapy sessions with LaRae as much as my nana did 😃. LaRae became part of our family and we wish she weren’t so amazing at her job so she could have kept coming back! 😉

I have been a patient of Brooks over 20 years. They have helped me gain strength, flexibility and mobility in my body. I love the entire staff because they treat me like family and not just a patient. They care about my recovery and encourage me to keep moving. The building is always professional and clean. I would recommend my friends and family because there is no place like Brooks!

The therapist was very understanding and compassionate. He really listened to my needs and created an exercise plan specifically for me. The exercises are easy to follow and I did do them every day. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Brooks rehabilitation home health.

Personality of an excellent therapist, uses a fun way of encouraging client to participate with challenges for safe improvements according to doctor orders.
Love seeing her come for my exercises and the sunshine of my day. Schedules the next appointment before leaving that session therefore I know exactly what day and time she will be returning. Always arrives and leaves with a SMILE after a positive comment - good job - way to good - see you next 🙂

The therapists have been exceptional. They do nan excellent job of helping mom go through all of the therapy sessions. They are always compassionate and really care for their patients. There’s nothing that can be said negatively about the professional staff that visits mom.

Working in the medical field myself, I have very high expectations and I will say that my experience with the Brooks staff was excellent and did meet all those expectations. They have a very dedicated team of clinicians who genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend this home care agency to anyone.
It is almost offensive to read some of the negative reviews posted. It clearly looks like former disgruntled employees were writing them out of spite.
