Not sure what is up with the doctors in this country! I think I have been with broadlands family practice for a long time. Not sure if the management changed or what happened. I went in 3 weeks ago to get myself checked. It took them a week to just get a blood test scheduled. And another 2 weeks to convey the results of the blood test and I still do not know what the next steps are. I would imagine, they would be prompt given it is health care. It is quite a frustrating experience!

This was my primary care for about 5 years. I saw Dr Yang and was very pleased with his professionalism. I never felt rushed out of appointments and I appreciated how he took the time to always listen to my concerns as a patient and help me. I rarely had trouble getting appointment times and never had to wait long in the office either.

Came here instead of the Ashburn office for an appointment and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful but the elevator had what appeared to be a used condom in it - not their fault - just nasty

They are unorganized and cannot adhere to a schedule. I understand things happen however if I’m waiting over thirty minutes every time I visit it begins to seem like it’s an issue they are causing and not some outside factor.

I have been going to this practice for over a year now and love it. My PCP is Catrina Turner and she’s an amazing NP. I never feel rushed. I feel like I’m a priority and my questions are answered timely and efficiently. The clinical nursing staff is excellent (I’m a hard stick) and they do everything possible to ensure my comfort and expectations are met. The walk-in feature for sick visits is great - I have seen other providers for Walk-in and all have been equally amazing. It’s also nice to see that the management is visible and engaged with the patients and staff. Definitely a team-based care practice. Thank you all for making me enjoy coming to the doctor.

I got fed up with this Family practice who all they care about is the making profit and don't care one bit about the patient . and that is why I'm firing them as my primary care. I been going to them for over four years and for the longest time they been wanting me to come every three months just to get refills. It's extremely frustrating having to go see the Doctor for less than five minutes so they could turn around and bill the insurance company over four hundred dollars each time. I would never go back.
