This place is AWESOME. Dr. Sharma is great, he listens to you and makes the proper adjustments as needed. He doesn't go overboard and he makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Sharon and Sandy do amazing massage work, listening to your aches and complaints and then tailoring your massage to deal with your injuries. The front desk girls are sweet and sharp always making sure your appointments get set up to give you the best experience possible. Multiple times they have called me to offer me earlier or later appointments to deal with my schedule. They even include a wonderful sauna with every visit if you choose. I've been to many chiropractors and wellness centers before and this one is the best by far! Thank you all for such a great place to get better! Come here, you won't be disappointed.

Had an A M A Z I N G massage this afternoon here at BTB! 🙌 this place is a gem in the heart of Long Beach that also provides Chiropractic services! Got my back & neck adjusted as well and was able to tap into Zen mode real quick! Super Cute on the inside with friendly staff ready to attend you. Will definitely be returning 💯 !

Dr. Sharma is the best!! He truly cares about his patients. He listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to help you out.
The receptionists are all super sweet too. They are constantly doing their best to accommodate you.

I have be seen by Sandy most of my visits, the doc is great. Great adjustments made every time. I leave relaxed, pains are erased, and will recommend anyone that wishes for their body to feel in a relaxed state.

Breath Total Balance is hands down the best chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage clinic around.

Their staff & customer service is amazing and they have the best Dr's of any wellness clinic I have ever been to. I was referred to BTB by the VA and had no idea what to expect but WOW!!! They had exceeded any expectations I may have had.

If you are looking for a wellness clinic, chiropractor, acupuncture, or just a nice massage, breath is the place to go. All the therapist are amazing and do a wonderful job but my girl Blanca has done miracles for my lower back.

BTB is 100% hands down the best in the business and will continue to get all my patronage.

Excellent place with a great staff. I come here every two weeks for chiropractic visits and a massage. Highly recommend Breathe Total Balance. Very kind and welcoming staff and a great chiropractor and excellent massage therapist who are all knowledgeable.
