Well, if you're looking for a cohesive acupuncture practice that shows meticulous attention to detail for every aspect of the patient experience, Box is definitely it!

Being scheduled with Dr. Eric Sun at Box acupuncture was such a blessing! Dr. Sun's bedside manner, diverse knowledge of (and application of) techniques are truly admirable. It takes an *incredibly* patient provider to deal with an overactive, ADHD/GAD generation Z patient (such as myself) and her chatty best friend (who sat in on every appt) for 12 appointments over the span of 3 months. Each treatment room is beautifully decorated to evoke tranquility, the receptionists are quite friendly and attentive to dealing with the horrors of medical insurance billing, and the facility is very well maintained (clean and sanitized). I would highly recommend Box to friends and family who are interested in giving acupuncture a try. As the daughter of a traditional pro-science Western modern medicine provider, I could not have been more delightfully surprised at the effectiveness of acupuncture for acute pain management.

This is the best place I have ever been to. I had a car accident that left me with very persistent and continuous back/neck pain. Dr Sun really listened to my problems and helped me according to my pain and targeting the right places with acupuncture. I had issues before with doctors not listening to where my pain is coming from but I’m finally improving with his help and I appreciate him explaining all processes to me. I also had a massage with Robyn who did absolutely amazing. I had issues with other massage therapists not using pressure but she listened to me and found all of my pain areas and did an amazing job at rubbing them out while still making sure it didn’t exceed my pain levels. Lastly, the receptionists are all amazing. Very kind and always welcoming. Overall, this is the best treatment center I have ever been to and I could not recommend it more, the staff is amazing.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this clinic! The environment is very calm and relaxing, staff is always super nice and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Dr. You for over 6 months and she’s been a miracle worker! She’s very kind, caring, and joyful, good listener, and great at knowing where to treat my pain. I look forward to my acupuncture appointments with her! I’ve also seen Dr. Brophy and she’s so kind and helpful as well. I was very nervous to try out acupuncture at first but both Drs are so great I don’t even feel the needles go in. I’ve also seen Robyn for massage and she was amazing, felt so much relief after! I would definitely recommend them all and just trying out Box Acupuncture!

This was my very first time at Box Acupuncture, and I tell you, it was THE BEST Acupuncture treatment I have ever had. I was in so much pain in my shoulders, neck, upper arms and upper back area. I hadn't had a good night's sleep in a long while. My first treatment was yesterday and last night I slept so good it was hard for me to get up! Very minimal pain, almost no pain!!! I am completely thrilled! Everything about this visit was excellent. The office is very zen and inviting, the front desk staff is amazing and Jessica my Acupuncturist is very knowledgeable and is excellent at her craft. She is very calming and let's you know the details about your treatment and explains again as she is doing the treatment. If I could I would give Jessica 10 stars** Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend Box Acupuncture.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit except with Dr Sun. It was just as pleasurable as the first visit. Dr. Eric Sun is very knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant. He is so professional yet very warm and kind. It was an extremely great experience. Thank you Dr Sun 😊

Box Acupuncture and the entire staff has been a godsend. I’ve been dealing with a work injury for more than 5 years. Thankfully Box was recommended to me for acupuncture and cupping. The treatments have provided definite relief and allowed me to train harder as I worked toward a return to full duty. I want to give specific thanks to Dr Brophy. She was always so friendly and helpful. I asked a ton of questions and she was always happy to answer them and explain the treatments. We spent a lot of time laughing which is also valuable medicine to an aching body. If you’re apprehensive about trying a new treatment give Box and Dr Brophy a try.
