Great shop not such a nice after dark pharmacy, very pushy whoever I was on the phone to and quite clearly didn't want to help. Brushed me off to A&E when I had already placed my repeat prescription in via 111. Not Impressed. Seeming as I have done this emergency prescription (for my heart and depression) multiple times.
Thought better of boots pharmacy team than that.

5 staff, only one serving… Why don’t customers matter in pharmacies Boots? It’s almost like you adopt an NHS GP practice mentality, and that stacking shelves out the back is more important than a queue of customers. It smacks of a bad core culture of being above serving customers ?

1 of the staff was Rude, unorganised, and extremely slow. Went to collect my prescription and was told it wasn't ready and that I should come back before 9pm. Came back at 8.30 and the first thing that was said was if I don't get to you by 9pm you ain't getting served.

I can understand some of the reviews on here as the queues were pretty long later in the day and they do seem short staffed.

However, the service we received from Jacqui was fabulous, getting a prescription organised for me even though we were 150 miles from home and without tablets.

I had a blood pressure appointment. I had 5 reminders - 2 sms, 3 email. I turned up for the appointment and the shop was closed.. Tried to phone the following day but nobody picked up. Glad I wasn't at death's door
