I had my first appointment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner to discuss ADHD and medication. She was wonderful and made me feel really cared for. We discussed my history and experiences and she explained my options really clearly. We ended with a clear plan and scheduled follow up. A very positive experience -- I wish I had my put it off for so long.

I love the person I see, Princess Mckenzie. I am super happy with the practice's communication. Their promptness and ability communicate with me, ease of making payments, their communication about my insurance and what's needed are all excellent. I don't have any experience with other practitioners, but the business itself is very easy to work with. I have done telehealth from about 600 miles away from their physical office, and I never have a problem logging on and using the program on my phone. I recommend using this practice.

Highly recommend Sarah for med management (and therapy if needed). She listens well, is very kind, and just generally easy to spend time with (via secure video conferencing). There were initially glitches with getting refills on time, but they seem to have fixed the problem. Now, all works seamlessly with little effort on my part. Glad to have this team as a cornerstone of my healthcare.

Cinthia Walker is a thoughtful, meticulous, and highly empathetic provider and Medical Assistant Priscilla took the time to call multiple pharmacies to ensure my prescription could be timely filled. I have no complaints! I was surprised by how swift their response time was when I first signed up, and every time I meet with my NP, Carmela Zaragoza, I am blown away completely by how thorough the check-ins are. Sometimes you go to the doctor and it seems like they aren't completely interested in your specific concerns, and maybe you leave feeling like they are giving you a general "band-aid" for your ailments? Not here; every med that has given me adverse side effects gets swapped in for something different. Every time we have to "start over" it really feels like doing an intake all over again, like we are trying to solve the puzzle that is my specific brain and its responses. I feel very understood by my clinical team!
