The machines are rundown with uneven straps. I’ve taken classes there for almost two years and have mentioned the straps to countless teachers. They agree the machines are old, and the person who repairs them only comes once a month (?!) I walk out of class feeling lopsided. I’ve moved on to X’Core - more personalized instruction and even straps on every reformer.

BEST workout EVER! And it's only 40 minutes!!! So excited to have this studio in Marin! The space is clean, beautiful and overall a great atmosphere for a workout. The instructors are super friendly, challenging, knowledgeable and energetic. I highly recommend this workout to all levels of fitness. If you are intimidated, don't be! The instructors will give you options to motify and you will still get an amazing workout. Can't wait to go back! Marin, it's time to ROK your body!!!!

Marin…you’re so lucky to now have a BodyRok! Run don’t walk to a class asap! This workout targets every body part and it’s all in way under an hour. Instructors are very helpful if you need to modify but also will give you tips to make it harder if that is what you’re looking for. Try a class you won’t regret it!
