The staff is friendly but honestly I think they have to many patients, I waited over an hour once for a prescription that they said would be ready in a few minutes! But other then that pretty decent place

Horrible customer service. They have a bunch of kids and incompetence people running the desk. I called me prescription in on Thursday, lady told me it would be ready Friday. I drove 45 minutes Sat to get my prescription to be told there were no refills available. I don’t understand why that couldn’t have been told to me when I called or at least a call back letting me know to contact my dr.

Where do I start!!! I was given the wrong medication, I called in to talk with someone about it and was placed on hold for 8 minutes to talk with a pharmacist then was hung up on. I called back in placed on hold yet again for 8 more minutes. I called back in and luckily I got the pharmacist who just so happened to answer the phone. I was nice about the situation and the RUDE customer service that I received over the phone. He assured me that they would have it fixed and told me that the lady they had answering the phone shouldn’t have been because she’s not good with CS. So fast forward I come through the drive through to exchange their mistake today and the lady at the window was nothing but RUDE! Not even a smile or I’m sorry that happened just an ugly attitude. If it wasn’t for doing business with you since I was a child ( over 30 years) and the fact that y’all are the only ones that can make my medication, I would not come back!!

They refused to fill my prescription. Don’t think I fit into their click. Tried to use them years ago…terrible experience.. I switched real fast….snobby people. I don’t want to be in your click. I’m in Gods click. ?Went to Clark’s Pharmacy for the first time. They had it ready in 10 minutes. They are awesome!!

Boaz Discount Drugs is the best pharmacy I have ever used. I have lived all over the country and they beat everyone! Their prices are great on most everything. There is a little gift shop with precious what nots...could spend some serious time there! I can get most vaccines there and all Covid shots and Boosters. They deliver to my door! They provide drive through service as well.But the greatest thing about this business is the people! Go on in and meet them. They become family and that's the way Dale likes it! A+++
