The pharmacy got a new system in June 2024 and it has been a rough 6 months for everyone involved. If you look at the reviews from 7+ months ago, it reflects a much different company. A much better company. Blue Sky is finally getting back to the quality of service that reflects the true core values of the company and you can trust the service provided! 2025 should look much different!!

This company is horrible when it comes to communication. The only way to reach out is through text. They promise multiple times to contact me when the medication was approved, but I heard nothing. I asked when I received the approval letter from insurance, only to find out they could not fill the medication and the dr needed to send it to a different pharmacy. They stated in a text that they contacted the dr on 2/22/2025 at 9:03 AM. After speaking with the Dr office, Bluesky did not contact them at all. The Dr found out about the approval from me and reached out to Bluesky.

Totally awesome. Used them in the past and they were on point about everything. Sadly I had to leave because of insurance changes and had to use another pharmacy. My newest insurance allowed me to return. Got my first prescription on time because of them. Thank you bluesky for all you do. So happy I will not have to miss doses any more.

I appreciate you going the extra step with helping me check on the status of my medication due to the delay of the snow storm and texting me to makes sure that I have received my prescription. HORRIBLE "Prior Authorization/Pharmacy" company.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Blue Sky, as if if they can’t fill a prescription themselves—they simply don’t care. One of my doctor’s assistants even told me that nine other patients had also been waiting, showing me a post-it note with their names on it, and admitting that Blue Sky was "hell to deal with." But once my medicine arrived due to my own advocacy, they quickly defended Blue Sky. CVS Specialty delivered my medication on August 30, but as of today, September 19, Blue Sky is still showing my PA as "Prescription Received." (Picture attached as of today 9/19/2024.)

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking pharmacy service.

Be your own advocate, as this company lacks an understanding of the importance of advocacy, follow-up and essential soft skills when dealing with patients.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for nearly four months and have yet to receive a single prescription. Their incompetence and lack of care for patients is unmatched. I have called no less than 10 times, and the issues never get resolved (after waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes each time to speak to a representative).

Got a prescription sent over and had to call to verify the process of receiving the prescription. A week later I called and asked for the status of my prescription with no updates. 3 weeks later, I called and Blue Sky said that they were going to send the pre-authorization to my insurance company and had no updates for me. They said they would call back ASAP with an update. A month after getting my prescription sent to blue sky, I still have no updates on when my prescription will either arrive at my door or get sent to a local pharmacy for them to fill. Garbage company and wish my doctor didn’t put my through this mess with Blue Sky.

You have gone down hill in last 2 years. Very hard to get through on the phone only to get a representative that doesn't know what to do. I even had a three way call explaining the process. This should not be. The other issue was setting up delivery and waiting that day for it to come and it doesn't. No phone call nothing. I call and they say sorry we don't have the inventory it will go out the following week . Received the medication the day before I needed to take it. I need this medication once a month injection. Unfortunately this shipment had an issue with the pen. I called they said I had to call the manufacturers and then they would send a replacement to us and then we will send it to you. We'll needless to say still waiting and I now have missed my dose.
