Unfortunately, I went the other day and had a less-than-pleasant experience. The staff member who assisted me, Paola, seemed disengaged and not very friendly. She appeared distracted while listening to my order, which led to mistakes in my smoothie. When I pointed it out, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but I think customer service is one of the most important factors in working and if she can’t bother helping a customer out with respect, then some kind of action needs to be taken. Hopefully this behavior will be corrected and not continue in the future. Also, Paola emitted a foul odor, i would suggest instructing your employees on following basic hygiene.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Blenders!! First tried it in Goleta and I have been hooked ever since. They recently opened a location in Lompoc and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service and great drinks.

Set an online order at 2:46 showed up at 250 to let them know I was here since they were busy and the manager ruby told them to start it at 3 after there rush

They can get busy but handle it so well. Mocha is so amazing and can’t wait to try there secret menu. They have quickly become my parents and I’s favorite place to pick up on the way to work or for some lunch on the weekend

Employees are always super friendly and the place is nice and clean. Delicious smoothies and milkshakes, I highly recommend the Matcha!

Only downside is no reusable cups since Covid-19 started (which is understandable for sanitary reasons). So only Styrofoam cups are available.

I come to Blenders on a regular basis. Everything here tastes great. I usually get a Creamy Peanut Butter with 1) Carob, 2) Whey Protein, and 3) Go Soy (soy milk and soy ice cream). Only issues I've had is they sometimes forget to use Soy products.

Love it great smoothie place and great flavors and some secret menu items. The peanut butter and jelly is bomb 💣. Taste just like a peanut butter and jelly. Just had it today one of the go to drinks.
