Today I came in at Big 5 and I was waiting at the check out and this Lady (I saw her name tag said Lisa) and she was yelling at her co worker pretty rude. I’ve had experiences similar happened to me as a past retail worker . that is not okay. That old lady deserves to be fired or at least apologize to that poor small girl! Never going back to that big 5.treat your co workers with respect .

Very helpful! very nice! 🙂 I called from Sacramento to see if someone would help gather some football gear items and give me a price of how much it would all be.
The cashier really helped me out over the phone, she went to retrieve the 5 items & gave me a total & placed the items on hold for my son to go buy in store.
I was able to send my son the right amount of money so he can go buy the items just in time for his first High school game.
Thank you so much to the cashier working on 8/18/22 at 11am, you were a great help to my family, we appreciate your customer service and kindness, thank you! 🙂

Great sales on shoes I wear but the inventory is usually low and they some times lack the proper inventory and equipment needed at the peak of football season.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The BB gun section was really thin, not too many option but I can understand that due to Covid. The manager was kind of short with customers , I got the hint that she was kinda over worked.

Other than that, it was a really nice experience, a great way to get out of the Los Banos heat of a few hours.
