I absolutely love this pharmacy. They are so professional, so sweet and caring for their patients. My doctors office had requested medications for me. I had them send it to this pharmacy and it was ready on time and was delivered to me all in the same day. Thank you so much. I highly recommend using them. Great service, fast and professional.

This pharmacy truthfully does not even deserve a star, but of course that is the only way you can leave a review. I contacted this company yesterday looking to see if they had tamiflu available. They provided amazing customer service, truly made my boss and I feel they were going above and beyond. They received and filled the script seemlessly, or though it seemed. They said they would have tamiflu ready by the next day (which would be today) but they ended up being out of stock and was able to fill a generic right away. I requested to pay an extra fee for them to deliver to my bosses hotel as he is away on business right now with no rental car. They had absolutely no problem and charged the card right away. Upon my bosses arrival to his hotel he is informed that there were no deliveries made for him. Today is Friday and it is January 5th 2018, no holiday that could effect these business hours. I have contacted this company all day (since 7am- now 1:15pm) as their business hours state they are open 7am-10pm Monday through Friday. They have 3 main phone numbers but no voicemail option for any. I contacted the dentist office that is upstairs just in case they just forgot to turn their phones on and she tells me that they were still closed and that it was completely bizarre to her why they would be closed. If you are looking for reliable service this is not the place. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR WHAT SEEMS SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It isn’t worth the hassle.

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now, and almost always get 5-star service ... but there have been a few times when there's been a problem with them getting prescriptions faxed from the doctor. Otherwise, I love the personal attention ("You want to go where everybody knows your name!") and their willingness to go the extra mile to work things out when necessary. If you're a long-time Silverlake/Echo Park resident, you'll know what I mean when I say that Dean Ng from Sun-Lake Pharmacy recommended them when he retired.

Note to the person (Holly) who couldn't figure out why they would be closed on January 5th: I had the same problem ... then felt kinda dumb when they told me it was Armenian Orthodox Christmas.

They seem to be on good terms with most Doctors, my Doctor recommended them and I couldn't be happier!

One more terrible rating for this terrible business. Don’t even think entering in their « pharmacy » those people don’t need business nor know how to run one. Unprofessional, dirty, messy, slow (VERY slow, we talking about days slow). It’s more a museum than a pharmacy. There are options everywhere in this city, please avoid this one…..

Very unproffessional staff and parmacy!! These people lie way too much to patients. They also scam patients and thats not good. Numerous times my doctor has sent them a refill request so ill be able to get my pills and what do they do,, they lie to my face and they told me that the doctor never sent in tje refill requent, but they're giving the run around like im some child. Very annoying and unproffesional. Whatthey're doing in haynes. For a pharmacy to deny me my medication is neglagence. Oh and by the way , i called my doctors office and asked them if they had sent in the reffil request for my meds and the nurse said ,, yes we did,, several times!!! Then i called the pharmacy and they gave me this bogus excuse that i should call THE MPA and ask for Ruby so ill get my prescriptions. Ugh!! Very disgusting pharmacy and very rude..... Very very rude. Please dont go to this pharmacy. Save time and see a proffessional pharmacy like walgreens or cvs. And lastly,, i dont even lnow who ruby is and i dont know who ruby is and i dont know who or what is a MPA!!!! 😡😠. Im pist off.

This is a small family business...once
You get to know them they do a very good job...they have gone the extra mile for me but they are not like a big chain drug store ..... 4 stars.
