Santa Clara County Better Health Pharmacy provides a desperate service that needed to be filled. What a spectacular operation that services so many people that are in need of medical prescriptions with a Doctor's approval free of charge and no questions asked. You can pick up your prescription(s) in person or have them mailed to you via USPS free of charge if you reside in Santa Clara County. The staff is very caring, helpful, hospitable and efficient, setting an excellent example of how any operation and service should be run. I am so very grateful for this service, and I encourage everyone to check this service out. It's most definitely a "win - win" proposition! Thank you Better Health Pharmacy for your purpose.

Better Health Pharmacy is wonderful! I got my flu shot for free here. It's clean, organized, the people are friendly and kind, and everything is free! When I went there was no line (though I did get my flu shot late in the season). Wonderful execution of a great idea.

My impatience got the best of me. I apologize for the one star review. My review earlier, (I don’t understand how they are getting great reviews when they don’t even answer their phones. Or return calls within 24 hours.
I’m very glad for those whom they were able to help).
I have received a call from Better Help Pharmacy and just like the reviews stated, they were very polite and compassionate. Again I apologize!

What a godsend this place is. I have been lucky and have not needed a lot of meds, but am having to take more now. One case - a while back - required 90 days of a drug that even with the generic and a discount was still over $100. I went home in tears, but then heard about Better Health Pharmacy from a friend.
It is true about not always having what you need - either the drug itself or the full amount, as they are dependent on donations from hospitals, companies, etc. - but they will fill what they have and notify you for the rest when more items come in. Will even mail refills. IAll you need is ID - living in Santa Clara County - and a prescription from our doctor.
Wonderful, helpful people at the site as well. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Sometimes service is fast and sometimes you need to be patient. They run on volunteers so be grateful for the wonderful service they are providing our community. Now more than ever, we need this pharmacy and I hope the concept catches on. It's a life saver!

I am so grateful for Better Health Pharmacy. Everyone there is so kind and caring and works so hard to get my meds ready on time. I have some serious health conditions that require a number of meds. I didn't know public health system is this demange. seriousely, there is only one phone number for the whole COUNTY to call for scheduling an appointment for covid testing. I called and wait for 2 hours and no luck. tried for 2 days still on hold.
