I really like Benicia Wellness Center! I’ve been going to about 2 years now, and I appreciate the care and consideration given by the team there. We start each session with discussing how my body is feeling and Dr. McConnell tailors the treatments to each session. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!

I have been seeing Dr. McConnell for around a month now and definitely have a decrease in my sciatica pain. Additionally, I have managed to get of most of the medications I was taking to control the discomfort. She is straightforward and personable. Highly recommended

I had been suffering from vertigo and neck pain .I was here from out of town and my sister recommended Dr. McConnell at Benicia wellness center who had helped her with her back and spoke so highly of her. Dr. McConnell has helped me over the past 7 years with a myriad of health problems and has proven herself to be a multi-faceted, warm, and intelligent overall-health practicioner. Both Anouk and Maggielynn have aided in my recovery with their extensive knowledge of massage therapy and have educated me on the ways that the body's muscle systems are interconnected while providing therapeutic massages that helped both my mobility and pain levels. Coralie is always at the front desk ready to greet me and takes care of all my insurance paperwork and claim management. Can't count the number of people I've recommended this office to, be it for back pain, migraines, car accidents, or any number of health problems that could benefit from the type of integrated functional medicine that Dr. McConnell practices. I had a great experience with Dr. McConnell. She tailored her treatment to what was specifically giving me issues after giving an assessment to determine the best approach. She was also very easy to talk to and made the process very comfortable! I’m a big advocate for chiropractic care as it has helped me greatly several times, and as someone who is active it’s an invaluable resource when something isn’t quite right. Dr. O'Donnell and her team at Benicia Wellness Center provide top-tier service! I've been to many chiropractors in the past for sports and life related injuries or just routine health visits, and none compare to Dr. O'Donnell. She takes her time with every visit and maintains a great knowledge of your chronic issues as well as addressing new issues that might arise. I have had a lot of issues with numbness and pain that originate in my neck and shoulders that had been ongoing until I started seeing Dr. O'Donnell. I've been seeing her for over a year now and each visit provides amazing relief for my neck, shoulders, and lower back at times. She is great with adjustments, scraping, massage and massage gun at times.
One of my favorite things is that her office is in Benicia with easy and free parking. Her office is incredibly clean and maintained well. Kathy at the front desk is super friendly and fun to chat with if your waiting for your appt. She does a great job of checking in with you if you haven't been in for a while or need to reschedule.
My only hesitation for posting this 5 star review, is when you find someone as great as Dr. O'Donnell, people find out and start grabbing your times you like to go!
After that first visit and comprehensive intake, I knew I had found the right Chiropractor for myself and now my wife as well!

I've been going to Benicia Wellness Center since 2014, and I am so grateful for the care I've received there! Dr. McConnell is fantastic and super personable and the reason I have kept coming back. When my long time massage therapist
there moved, I was pretty bummed. But then I met Rose and she is absolutely fantastic!! I got my first massage from her a week ago and she is so extremely professional, kind, and skilled. Rose is super chill and asks just the right amount of questions while also creating a nice quiet and calm environment for your massage. I immediately booked another massage right after. Go see Rose, she is lovely!!

Dr. McConnell is knowledgeable, compassionate and truly listens to her patients concerns. I have been seeing Dr. McConnell for a few months now (at the recommendation of a family member) and have found great improvement in daily movements, energy and overall well being. Kathy at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to see every time I come in and makes each patient feel welcomed. The rest of the staff, though I have not worked with them are always very friendly and attentive to those waiting to be seen. You would be hard pressed to find another establishment that cares for their patients as wonderfully as Dr.McConnell and her staff do.
