This was my tween daughter's first brow experience and Emily was amazing with her. My daughter was a little nervous, but Emily was so friendly and made her feel at ease right away. I’ve been going to Emily at Benefit for a year and a half now and she’s amazing!! I highly recommend her work- I do a brow tweeze and tint, and sometimes Thread too. Emily always sees the vision and gets my brow shape perfect and the tint looks so natural. 10/10 recommend!

I just got my eyebrows laminated for the first time by Isabelle in the downtown Los Gatos location and I absolutely LOVE them! The appointment itself took about 45 minutes, Isabelle was super thorough, professional and patient. She walked me through every step of what she was doing and explained all of the aftercare with the detail and told me everything I needed to do to keep them looking fresh afterwards. After she laminated them, she waxed and shaped them. What I really like is that she took her time to do them. It didn’t feel like it was rushed, and she was just trying to get her job done. She really catered to the natural shape on your face that gives you a nice glow up while still maintaining your natural beauty. I’m definitely going to see her again in six weeks when I need to redo them! Highly recommend her!

I've been seeing Emily for about a year to get ready for my wedding. When I first went in I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in so many years, but she walked me through everything with the outline, where she would let it start to fill in overtime, etc. She listens to all of my concerns and gives recommendations for what will work for my skin and brows. I also started getting the underarm wax from her recommendation and it is totally worth it. Emily and Isabelle are both so sweet and friendly! Definitely recommend!
