This store is exactly why people stop supporting local businesses. If you’re gonna come here, be ready to feel watched the entire time. Customer service? Basically nonexistent. They don’t greet you, don’t offer help, but will absolutely stare you down like you’re about to rob the place.

Then there’s the prices—straight-up robbery. Arizona cans literally say 99 cents on them, but they charge $1.50. The CEO of Arizona has publicly said they aren’t raising prices, so why is this store deciding to? And they don’t even give you a receipt unless you ask. Gee, wonder why?

On top of that, they sell turtles and betta fish in tiny, dirty cups, looking barely alive. If you can’t take care of animals, don’t sell them.

Oh, and despite what the sign says, they do not take food stamps—only “EBT cash.” Just a heads-up.

This place used to be decent, but now? It’s just greedy. If you’re gonna serve the hood, serve the hood—don’t take advantage of it.

This place is a complete disappointment. It's a dirty, unorganized hole in the wall. Despite its condition, I was willing to overlook it to save some money. However, I was shocked to find out that the business owner refused to accept returns or offer store credit when I accidentally purchased the wrong items. They were entirely unhelpful and inflexible, especially considering I was only one day past their seemingly unnoticed 7-day return policy.

I bought hair dye, bleach, and a hair mask, all of which turned out to be wasted money. I was so frustrated that I should have just tossed the products in their trash can on my way out. I left the store feeling furious. Now, I have to seek help elsewhere for my hair, and I'm left with useless products.

If they had been more accommodating, I would have been a loyal customer. But after this experience, I won't be returning. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

When I went last time for some braiding hair I was getting stalked by the security guard. He kept going there on both ends of the aisle like 10 times! It was so annoying and made me pretty anxious and they over charged me too like $5. I don't go there anymore and I make sure to let all my friends know. They are trying to avoid losing money from theft I guesss but what they really are doing is losing loyal customers. Even my sister that be braiding hair avoids this place at all cost even though it's the closest one.

One stop show, beauty Supplies, snacks, shirts, accessories. This is 1 of the few places open early, 9am. I needed to grab some stuff for my hair and tried here after the 1st place I went were still closed, when they were supposed to be open. Pretty decently priced, I guess. There were a few people hanging outside - hanging and/or begging, but... They weren't aggressive or anything

Extremely racist....eyes on you and every move you make....was told to leave the lipgloss at the counter before i could continue shopping....i IMMEDIATELY left and gave my $100 to a better respectful and helpful beauty supply....shouldve known better once i saw the swapmeet shirts outside and plastic dinner ware inside 🙄
