We stopped in to this little shop twice to make purchases. Good prices on their super cute collectible items. Two of the three employees who helped us were really great, the third was a little strange and not very customer service oriented, but thankfully we just bought our items and left. I love my t-shirt from here and the gloves we bought were a lifesaver. The little stuffed bear souvenir was great value!

After a horrible experience next door, I stopped by this shop and definitely felt welcomed. By far the best customer service throughout any of the shops I went into nearby! Two of the employees were so kind! Wish I would’ve caught their names! I appreciate not being racially profiled at your store?

i would give this a negative star if i could. they don’t even deserve a one star review. the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my entire life. i’ve never experienced such a rude employee. i’ve never been so appalled a store to ever still be in business and to see all of the bad reviews. you yelled at me and partner with such attitude and brought such a scene in the store while we were looking at the rocks. to the point my partner walked out of the store crying. i proceeded to go back into your store and tell you to next time not yell at a customer to not look around in the rocks so much, and also without saying don’t embarrass a customer in front of your whole store. you should never work in customer service or around people again to say that you were polite and then proceed again to yell at me in your store telling me that i was wrong? Again. NEVER spend your money in this store when you can find something better and cheaper a store over. will never be returning.
