I wish I could give Julie 100 stars because she diagnosed my hypothyroidism which was affecting every part of my body negatively. My energy is returning with a bang and one of her functional medicine practices is helping and possibly healing a concerning chronic condition. Hope and Health have returned to my life. Her staff is incredible as well.

When I first started working with Julie my hormones were a mess and my body was showing it. I wasn’t sleeping well, I newly had acne, I had gained 13 pounds mysteriously, overall I felt terrible. With Julie’s guidance and supplements she got my radical hormone levels under control in a very short time. I have been working with Julie for a little over two months and I’m so happy with how I’m feeling. She created a supplement plan for me and paired it with some dietary instructions (not restricting nor a diet) and I feel great after two months!! I haven’t had this much energy in years and my brain fog went away. I haven’t needed to rely on coffee/caffeine in the morning either! Julie is also very kind and I can tell she really cares about her patients. I just met with her today for a check in and she edited my plan based on feedback and I’m excited to start the next steps. I seriously have had such a transformative journey under the care of Julie! My life has taken a remarkable turn since I first met with her in December. I have two children, with my youngest being 2-years old. Since having babies, it has been extremely difficult for my body to recover in more ways than one. I couldn't be more thankful for the relief she brought to my struggles with gut issues, inflammation, hormone imbalance, weight management, fatigue, and foods I had severe sensitivity to and didn’t even know it.
