I had Covid and the symptoms were lingering forever. I went to Beach Cities Cryo and the incredible team there helped me (finally) feel like 100%! I did the dry salt therapy, the hyperbaric chamber and the infrared sauna and it honestly felt like any toxins that I had left went away.
The staff was incredibly kind and patient with me. This was the first time I've ever had any treatments like this and they explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. It was also very clean and peaceful there. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who needs any kind of recovery or just wants to relax and make sure your body is as healthy as it can be. Next up is my mom who had pneumonia last year and has not been able to get rid of the cough - this place is going to make her feel so much better.

I hardly leave reviews but I must speak on my Cryo experience here. It feels incredible. I occasionally do ice baths but it doesn’t have the same spark that Cryo has. I noticed that the euphoria and cognitive alertness I got from the cryo here is unmatched and it lasts longer , and lets me get deeper sleep so I feel more refreshed the next day it’s like it sets my circadian rhythm up for a whole week. I have the most productive weeks whenever I do cryo, it’s like 5-10 shots of espresso without any negative side effects. As a carpenter this cryo helps alleviate and recover my aches and pains and soreness faster. The staff were pretty knowledgeable about the physiology behind Cryo as well which answered some curiosities that I previously had. If you’re having sleep problems or restlessness, I would suggest to experiment with cryo here, it’s helped my routine.

If you're in need for some self care , Beach cities has all of the amenities for the best results in body recovery. I love the sauna and the detail they provide, the eucalyptus infused towels. Reasonable pricing !

I love this place! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the ladies here truly take care of you. This place is super relaxing. They recently serviced a run club I’m a part of. They kept everything organized and had everyone organized and taken care of within a short amount of time. I go here every week to every other week. My favorite thing is compression therapy. I lay out in the chair, put my music in, and doze off. I always leave feeling better than when I come in. That’s the magic of this place.

I found the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The young lady that helped me (I am horrible with names but I know she introduced herself) was super knowledgeable and explained in detail what to expect. She kindly gave me a tour of the facility which I found to be very clean and she took her time to let me know how I could benefit from each treatment. I just had surgery and desperately needed oxygen therapy. I am anemic and have low blood oxygen, therefore, blood pooling and bruising are a huge problem and take a lot longer to heal. She recommended a few other treatments that I could benefit from to help with circulation and I will definitely be back to try them all. I could not have imagined a better experience. Thank you so very much for all of your sweet help!

If you really want to experience self care, go here! Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. The services are top notch and I can’t wait to go back. Salt, compression, sauna even cryo! Can’t say enough about how great beach cities is!
