I stayed here for one night during a road trip and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The young lady at the front desk (wish I’d gotten her name) was very helpful. I’d mistakenly made my reservation for a different night, but, she was able to contact her manager and get approval to switch my reservation to that night on the spot. The hotel itself was located right off a major street and I felt very safe walking my dog on the premises at night. I also noticed that other people had left things in their cars in the parking lot overnight (something I try not to do in unfamiliar places), and their belongings were safe. Breakfast was good - there was a selection of cereal, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit (bananas and oranges), yogurt, sausage patties, mini tacos, boiled eggs, an array of breads (English muffins, bagels, etc), coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and a few other items. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had a microwave and a mini fridge. They also allowed me to bring my dog for a small fee. For someone on a budget, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The safety and convenience were a breath of fresh air, especially at this price! I am only giving it 4 stars because it’s not a high end hotel, but, for what it is, it is excellent, imho.
