Great place for all the family members. Hunting, fishing, camping, boats, clothing, gifts. I have their credit card and get points every time I purchase something. I then use those points to buy anything I want from them. #carhart #beretta #browning

Went there a few weeks ago to look at a gun. Waited near the counter for about 30 minutes. It was busy so wasn’t expecting to be helped right away, but was never acknowledged once. No one looked at us or even said hi to us. Not even a “We will be with you when we can.” Spent almost an hour waiting before giving up and going to another place to look and got immediate service. Went there last night to grab some last minute Christmas gifts. Waited in a line for about 15 minutes with 2 registers open. One of the girls just stood there after helping a customer and finally called us over. I figured she was waiting for her previous customers to come back for something but nope, she just had no idea we were there. Another customer pointed out the line and the cashier said “Whoops, I didn’t even know there was a line back there.” Meanwhile there’s probably 10+ people waiting. Not sure what the cashier’s name was because there was no name tag. Finally get out of there after what should have been a quick trip, only to get home and realize one of the items wasn’t in the bag. Poor customer service all around.

Went to replace my dogs favorite toy (a duck retriever made with a moose bone neck. I thought it was a Kong toy but couldn't find one. Finally bought this Duck. He likes it but not as much as the other one...

Purchased my husband some comfortable rain boots. I finally talked him into spending more than twenty bucks on a pair of galoshes. That old saying you get what you pay for is accurate. He is impressed by the comfort. It was a busy day for shopping that day and the customer service in footwear was a bit understaffed. Once we got her attention though we were pleased with the service. The lady's selection of footwear is very good. I opted to save my husband some money that day but we will be back for me to purchase boots.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Great staff and kind people, I went looking for a carving/hunting knife just for my wood projects and a nice guy at the hunting section with the knives and the other side of the fishing section helped us immediately after we walked up and pointed us to the right direction for carving and whittling.

Five stars from a first customer to this location.
Definitely a candyland of hunting and fishing for all definitely coming back for some more gear.

I was there on a busy day to get wading boots, but there was no one to help me. There were a couple of sales associates only that I saw. My experience with Basspro is usually pretty good. I was traveling through and had limited time, so I had to leave without making a purchase. I do love the huge selection of products they carry. This time it was not great but I'll go back next time I'm there.

Mike in archery was awesome! I wandered around the store looking for a leather man multitool for a Christmas gift and Mike took me to the gun counter where they were located. Initially he thought there was a limited stock but then found several others (the one I was most interested in). Made my day! Super nice guy — thanks Mike 😊 I appreciate you going the extra mile despite being completely slammed with last minute Christmas shoppers.

Beautiful store but horrible service. Completely understaffed. Couple employees taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency to assist. Scanned the QR code to get in line and waited 40 minutes with no acknowledgment. Had to leave and purchase elsewhere. Seems like corporate would acknowledge the loss of revenue to have paying customers standing in line and walk out do to service and staffing issues.
