I’ve been taking my two daughters here for a while now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve never had to wait too long, the staff has always been nice and friendly with my daughter’s (even though my oldest bit one of the nurses once when she was getting a shot). I always see Dr. Ughbo She’s great!

Most of the staff is really nice and thorough. Maribelle(hope I’m spelling it right) at the front desk seems very nice and genuine. And Dr. Skelton(gyno) is quite charming, calm and seemingly unintentionally funny - she made my first well woman exam easy and painless, also made me laugh during my visit.

J. Ledford , MD she is wonderful doctor me and my kids had a few laughs with her .she is absolutely amazing.she made my kids feel extremely comfortable under the circumstances. I wholeheartedly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor for your kids..

I am very dissatisfied due to the fact that I was trying for my brother to get seen not only did we made him two appointments both appointments in which the staff supposedly couldn’t verify his insurance. However he just got his card and also took it with him. The second time we made the appointment they made it because supposedly the person helping me at the reception desk mentioned that yes he did had insurance so he did not understand what had happened and today they did the same thing. I am very upset because it is not the first time they treat us poorly. I need a phone number to the headquarters as well as the right persons to assist me to better understand why twice did we got denied service pretty much because his insurance has been active all along. Unless Medical is lying to us. I will make sure to follow the right procedures and address what here has happened. My brother waited for almost 2 hours and nobody had the ability to inform him that he wasn’t gonna get seen or that he was. This is ridiculous. Also mentioning this is a severe case of depression that we anted to make sure he gets help as promptly as possible yet twice they seem not to care.

Love the staff and love Dr Lessner for my teens. They like him room he's very thorough and finally a doctor with character and compassion towards their patience. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars from me is the referral department kinda sucks. Very slow with a rude demeanor. I've waited months for referrals to go through. Still waiting for one for my son 4 months now. But besides that..it's a good place. Pharamcy is great and fast. And place is very clean. Only wish they had urgent care because the urgent cares here are nasty dirty and can't understand their accents when they speak. Borrego health please get urgent care or same day appts for those who are sick. My son's keep getting misdiagnosed too. Or wrong medications. Thanks!

Customer service is very important and you MUST have excellent customer service phone skills to be answering for the clinic!!! I was gonna change to their clinic but after they talk to me so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable im not.

Dr Skeleton is Very Unprofessional.
I’d Advise anyone that needs Care for their Unborn, Do Not Get Seen By Dr Skelton.
Her & her Staff Lost My Blood for My Labs, I Never Got My Results. Skeleton is Very Rude. I Switched To Another Doctor & Unfortunately at The Barstow Community Hospital “Dr Skeleton “ jus Happen to be their. I Had The Worst Experience With her After I Delivered My Own Baby. Please Young Woman & Any Pregnant Woman, Go Some where Eles To Be Seen During Your Pregnancy.

I just took my daughter for her appointment. The female by the name, Doe Gasque NP is very rude. She told me if my child isn't feeling well to keep her away from the clinic, I asked how is she supposed to be properly diagnosed if I should keep her away. She said because of the situation we're in its best to keep children away, which is understandable but once again I asked if my child is sick and can't come in because they don't people at the clinic we're aren't going to get properly diagnosed she then laughed at me said she has to go and walked away. I'm reporting her.
