I just had my explant surgery done on 10/25/22. Dr. Barnett is nothing short of a miracle worker. She is so knowledgeable, kind and has a great bedside manner. Her staff was very nice and helpful too. My surgery went well and I am 100X better even just 3 days later, and I am not in a lot of pain or discomfort. My surgery went just as Dr.Barnett said it would, and she showed me everything from the surgery at my post op appt. This woman has saved my life.

I had implants for 20 years, including one revision 7 years in, with the goal of creating symmetry due to my uneven rib cage. I was never happy with the way my breasts looked, and they were still very uneven. I went to Dr. Barnett because I wanted an explant but to also see if I had any chance to achieve symmetry with natural breasts. Dr. Barnett was my only choice for my explant surgery 2 years ago. She was honest with me and told me that I did not need a lift and I am thankful I listened to her since my breasts look great! She did a full capsulectomy on me. She explained to me beforehand that an en bloc procedure may not be possible due to how large my implants were. I was fine with this news, I just wanted everything out. Her staff was very nice and the staff at the surgery center in Venice was exceptional. I have now regained my health and gotten my life back after being sick with a mysterious illness for 6 years. She believes in breast implant illness and is an advocate for us ladies. Dr Barnett is an amazing surgeon. She has given me a new lease on life. Her expert approach to every detail, combined with her friendly, realistic demeanor, let me know right off that bat that she is trustworthy and isn't trying to sell me something.
Dr Barnett is a straight shooter and is very easy to communicate with. Her staff are friendly and professional, and her spa is Heaven on Earth - so relaxing and soothing!
I travelled across the country to have Dr Barnett perform a tummy tuck with muscle repair from sternum down to pubis, along with liposuction along sides, under chin and armpits.
My results are amazing, and the surgeon to whom she referred me for follow-up out here in Washington was very impressed, and said her incision looked better than most of his.

Dr. Barnett was awesome during a hard time in my life. Diagnosed with breast cancer a couple years back she became my plastic surgeon for my implant. Dr. Barnett and all her team are very professional and human been. She make me feel love and care all the time. She listen to you and understand your needs, I explanted she did and entire enbloc and a lift, she explain to you all the procedures step by step before and after surgery answering all of your question without rush.
