Magic hands

I contacted Kathryn needing MFR (Myofascial Release) for sciatic issues. I had a discectomy about 7 yrs ago and my Dr. told me I should be good for years. Needless to say the problem is back. I have seen Kathryn twice now and what a relief. Kathryn has amazing knowledge about the body and how to work magic using MFR. If your Dr is telling you you need surgery you really need to see what Kathryn can do for you first before any surgery. Healing with MFR can bring life back to your body.

I had almost given up on finding a knowledgeable massage therapist who had a deep understanding of anatomy AND could remedy the major restriction in my range of motion in my neck and back. All of the other people I have tried focused on “spa” type massages where relaxation is the only goal (relaxation is great, don’t get me wrong) and FIXING your issues is last on the list. Until I met Kathryn! She listened to my issues and immediately found the spots that were causing tension headaches, numb fingers, stiff neck, tight back and restricted shoulders. I feel like I can finally breath and move again in a way that doesn’t cause pain. I HIGHLY recommend Kathryn Barker!

K is way above most massage therapists. Myofascial release is very strategic form of therapy which gets to the root of many pain issues - namely the fascia. I have chronic pain for 25+ years and I can say with full confidence that K is 👌 .

I have seen the following for my pain issues:
osteopaths, Thai massage, swedish massage, deep tissue massage, chiropractors ... In 1 session K did incredible things to help my neck. Had (good) shivers down my spine.. emotions well up with no real wirds that can be attached... Just blocked emotion. I am not a pie in sky type. I need things that work and K delivers! Invest in her skills SHE IS NO AMATEUR 😎
