Friendly staff and clients too. Lunch served daily from 12 noon. Easy access from Hayward Bart Station. Only 1 block to walk from bart/bus stations.

nice place. few people outside smoking disabled door opener dont work.

staff is cool. selective hearing.

they provide food. laundry on thursdays.

This place is a great resource for people in the struggle. They offer a multitude of services like meals and a place to hang out use the internet. Sign up’s for transitional or low income housing. There staff is super nice and the place had an awesome sent of nag champa through the air gives you a sense of hope and community. The only knock is they DO also have a couple nut jobs that go there to take that easy feeding and turn it to anxiety. Just being real.

Pretty good place for getting stable and alot of different programs.counseling food community based.a little bit to many druggies looking for a handout and homeless people with too many mental health problems.a never ending turning door.i think their overwhelmed with a great part of the city needing help.seems like anything the city provides has a turnover.the counselors come and go as do the clients.not enough workers forbthe high volume clients steadily arriving.

I can't always get myself to the appointments I need here for some reason. Everyone is always super busy, but the staff is friendly. I'm greatful for the food and warmth.

I was referred to Gail, who by the time she talked to me-3:05pm-told me to go to 559 16th St. Once I got there, I was told to fill out an application to get on a waiting list. So, if you're homeless try someplace that will actually know/care about the situation.

Used to love to come here but it's not very welcoming anymore! Needs attitude adjustment frm workers. Won't recomend it any more!
