I have been part of Senora Babes for 8 months it truly has been a life changing experience for me. I am 56 years of age when I started the program I was not able to balance bend and lift weights. This girls gym is the best hands down! The atmosphere is amazing and you get to meet lots of new people and have a great work out that will definitely leave you sore the next day! The coaches help you with how to properly move to do an exercise so you don’t hurt yourself and give you boost of confidence.

I dont even know where to begin. I have been a member for a little under a month, and I cannot see myself going to a regular gym again. This place offers amazing workouts but most importantly, an awesome community. From the moment you walk in, everyone has a smile on their face. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, always taking their time to give you feedback and encouragement. What Kat is doing here is AMAZING and I feel privileged being part of this community.
