I’d like to say they are really stepping up

Why on earth would you ignore a line out the door for a person who JUST showed up in car and you prioritize them? That is messed up people have been waiting 15+ minutes and now have to wait longer?!?! That's disgusting make the car person wait for their turn like everyone else. And allowing your stock to run dry is not only deplorable but outright bad business practice. I have drove an extra 60 minutes to ETHOS just to get a choice of selections instead of like 3 things like this place has had for that past 2 or 3 months. The owner is a joke
