Small pharmacy, but I love it very professional. They always call me to let me know my medications are ready. I have been experiencing difficulties with the backorder of my medication for several months at other pharmacies and this pharmacy has been able to fill my prescription with no problem. They have amazing customer service, they are so kind and caring. The pharmacist is amazing he will answer all questions and concerns. I highly recommend Aviva Pharmacy in Long Beach.

I love this pharmacy, been using them for years. I love How they deliver superior customer service and someone always answers the phone. They follow up and they deliver your prescriptions right to your door very quickly. Their pricing is great and everyone’s super helpful. During my call this afternoon, I received exceptional customer service from the representative who assisted me. I have been experiencing difficulties with the backorder of my medication for several months, and she provided invaluable guidance while also assuring me that she will notify me once the medication is back in stock. Prior to reaching out to this pharmacy, I had contacted several others in the area, but their responses were unsympathetic and unhelpful, leaving me feeling neglected and unsupported during a challenging time. As a result of the positive experience I had today, I have decided to make this pharmacy my primary provider moving forward.

This place is great! I moved to Long Beach in 2018 to take care of my mom whom already used Aviva Pharmacy years prior. My father and mother raved about the professionalism of the staff, how caring they are, and how they address any concern or issue right away. Great service. Brought my son who’s 10 for his 1 st shot and they accept walk ins so I got my booster at the same time. Great bonding experience. Had toys, cold drinks and snacks for all. Will be bringing my parents for their boosters. They have all 3 types of boosters and all types of Covid vaccines. Quick, no lines, in and out and no appointment needed.

Thank you, Aviva Pharmacy, for the Covid vaccination. Your website made it easy to register for an appointment. Everyone is well-spaced while checking in and throughout the entire process. Your temperature is checked. The staff is so professional and nice. They explain the vaccination card, make sure they have your correct phone number to text you for your second shot, shots are administered by highly qualified personnel and they have you wait 15 minutes to monitor any reaction. We are so grateful to Aviva Pharmacy for their service to community and knowledgeable, caring staff. We sincerely thank you.
