I've been here 3 times. I would call ahead to make an appointment. The first time I asked for a Thai massage. They didn't understand. But the massage was decent. The second time, I got turned away and was told to return in 1 hr since they were too busy. I told them I had called and made an appointment for that time. But some guy showed up right before me and they took him instead. I returned and got a decent massage. It's only $50 for 1 hr. The 3rd time was the worst massage experience I've ever had. It didn't feel like a massage at all. She was literally just lightly touching me. To top it off, the lady was answering phone calls, left numerous times to greet customers coming in, and also the other lady that worked there would talk to her while she was massaging me. I'm never going back! They ask for payment and tip before the massage. Otherwise, I wouldn't have left a tip. They don't speak English very well there, so I felt that it was useless complaining about anything.

I have been coming this place for 3 years. Usually the experience was good but when I went to this place last time I got horrible experience. I got there at 8:05pm and paid for 1hr massage. massage started at 8:10pm and it ended 8:50pm. It was 20mins short and the masseur keep going somewhere and coming back several times. I think her name was Cici. I am considering not coming back to this place again.

I just left this massage parlor and was surprised that the lady masseuse was demanding more of a tip after my initial payment of $60 dollars. For a 90 minute massage I was quoted $60 dollars which I paid upon arrival. The massage was good and I decided to give a $10 dollar tip. This apparently was not okay because the lady insisted I pay more. Sorry not in this country. I ( the customer) pay for a service I feel it deserves if you don’t like it up your prices but NEVER insist a customer pay you more money for services rendered when the price quoted was met. So sad this was the end result of a pretty good massage. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Massage was ok. But be careful. I gave the woman a 10 dollar tip ahead of leaving. When I left, I tried to walk out and the door was locked. The woman told me she wanted 10 dollars more for a tip and began to argue with me. I explained to her that I didn't have cash so she wanted me to change the amount on the credit card receipt. I just gave in and gave her 10 dollars.

Wanted to try a new spot was givin a good massage but idk just had a weird vibe the whole time and when I ripped at the end she grumbled I know it was only ten but damn....prolly won't come back 🙁 sad cus it was affordable

I didn't get my massage here but I took my friend to her mother's day massage. At first, friendly staffs is a must. They welcomed us.

I'm only giving 1 star due to. My friend was getting her massage in the first room where I can see the door closed. But the person who is massaging her kept going out of the door back and fort. I paid for 1 hour massage for my friend. So everytime that person sneaked her head out of the door because of the customer wants her massage. She could have at least tell the person to wait. But No, she keep going back and fort and says 15 more mins. So she can switch with the other person to massage my friend. For 6 times and the switching that took some of the time for my friend massage time. Very unprofessional.

Keep your new customers happy so they will come back to get a massage done. Not coming back.
