Arisa Thai Massage offers a skilled and effective service in a pleasant and comfortable environment. The massage therapists are attentive and customize their services to meet individual needs. They are courteous, friendly, and have a good technique. A warm cup of Lemongrass tea is a nice touch at the checkout. Online booking and Apple Pay availability is a bonus. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience.

However, their location could be improved. They are situated in a small commercial suite with shared bathrooms with other businesses. Additionally, the price is a bit higher at $110 per hour compared to similar experiences in Los Angeles where I’ve found matching or slightly better Thai massages for half the price at $70 per hour.

I've been going to Arisa Thai Massage regularly for one year now, and I get the best massage I've ever had. I see Lisa regularly, and she is great. Before Lisa I had four or five other masseuses too and they were all very good. The place is clean and pleasant and the staff and owners are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Arisa Thai Massage!

As someone who has lived in Southeast Asia for three years and experienced countless massages, my wife and I are quite familiar with different styles and levels of expertise. Since moving back, we’ve tried six other massage businesses locally, but this one truly stands out.

When trying a new place, I like to call ahead to clarify details, and Nawa, who answered the phone, was exceptionally kind and polite. Within minutes, she had us booked for our desired services—Hot Stone for my wife and Deep Tissue for me.

Upon arrival, check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms were clean and set up with a calming ambiance—exactly what you’d expect from a proper massage space. Before starting, Sonia, my masseuse, confirmed the massage type and pressure I wanted. Ninety minutes later, I felt completely rejuvenated and alert. My wife, whose massage was performed by Nawa, said it was one of the best Hot Stone massages she’s ever had. We both left feeling incredibly relaxed and thrilled to have found our new go-to “hidden gem” spot.

• Being located in an office complex might not appeal to everyone.
• Slight noise from surrounding service rooms (minor issue considering the overall experience).

Very happy to have discovered Arisa Thai Massage, with well trained professional hospitable massage therapists, who take the fine art of massage therapy, very seriously. Tried the Thai Massage on my first visit, and felt great all week! Hot tea after the massage, adds a nice touch. Looking forward to future visits!

Located in the large office building in the center of the parking lot. Head upstairs to the second floor. Arisa has rooms 202, 203, and 218 with 203 being the main office.

While the exterior building it old and dated, the interior spaces are amazingly serene, like a very high-end spa. Hat tip to the interior designer.

Went for a one hour deep tissue massage. Arrived early, per instructions to fill out the intake form. Lobby was unattended. I just helped myself to the form.

Therapist arrives two minutes late, and led to room 218. Very comfortable space.

Disappeared for 10 minutes. I was getting ready to leave if it was 15 minutes late, but she returned at 12.

I don’t mind the late start, but there needs to be communication. If you’re going to start 12 minutes late, then say so up front so I’m not left literally and figuratively in the dark. I did get the full 60 minutes.

Massage skill was a 4/5. Decent. Hot tea served on exit.

If lobby is unattended when customers are expected, you should put up a sign: welcome, fill out form, we will be here shortly.

Very pleasant experience. Loved the ambiance. Perfect for a deep tissue massage. Joy is great at her job. She was very patient all the time. She had some magic in her hands.Had a lower back pain, she helped me to relax that part of the body. Hopefully will be back here soon! I will highly recommend this place.

The best massage studio I’ve found in the Bay Area! My favorite is the deep tissue massage - it can be a bit painful if you have tightness/soreness but the results are so worth it. Super effective massage for any problem areas!

my go to massage provider for strength training recovery. All my masseuse have been easy to work with and are amazing at what they do. I get serious amounts of tension worked out, but I can still doze during the calm sections of my massage. A delicious tea is provided at the end of sessions. I highly recommend.
