Went with a friend not for myself it was very fast the receptionist were very nice but they need to get rid of the cockroaches I was sitting there and seen them crawling around it’s not sanitary

I'm out of state visiting the area. My daughter had a high fever and I needed some place quick. I let them know what was wrong and they asked for my ID and insurance card. As I presented the receptionist took a quick look and said we more than likely dont accept this insurance. She then said I will need to call to verify "BUT" I don't know how log it will be..! I said please do call and I'll wait. Not even 5 min and she said I'm out of network. We can still do an examination but it will be 200 for that! Nope, I took her to the ER instead. Her attitude wasn't very welcoming and was a little snooty. Definitely not a good impression considering there was 2 people In there...

I do not recommend this place. You’re better off going to a hospital. The receptionists have a cold and rude demeanor. They gossip openly in front of the patients. The wait time to be seen is 2 hours. The rooms are carpeted and filthy. The restrooms are unclean and plastered with remnants of red tape. The male doctor is also quite rude and careless especially with children. 2 hour wait just to be told you have allergies without a thorough check up is ridiculous.

Worst place ever. I never leave reviews. I work in the medical field myself and was experiencing a allergic reaction while back in the valley visiting my family. The reaction itself was pretty severe when it started, but had become a little better after I took a Benadryl. I was lucky enough to get a walk in spot, but unfortunately was never able to be treated. Mainly because I waited for 3 hours in the room while still having symptoms by myself. Which is the last thing they should have done. Usually if someone is symptomatic you check on them at least every 15 minutes. They didn’t do that either. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. This place doesn’t care about their patients. Do not go. If in the Valley go to urgent care premium.

I called you crying in pain and now I write you crying with gratitude. Due to stigma it is often and common for healthcare professionals to treat me poorly. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was a person and not a problem. I am former practitioner and to have an entire team like the team that night I was there was awesome. I don't know who answered that day 🙏🏾👼🏾

This entire medical center and staff exceed any expectation one would have about "urgent care". So much so that we have adopted their main provider Dr. Kheng as our regular medical provider. He is quick, efficient and has a great bedside manner for teens and adults alike (I don't have small children but have no doubt he is just as good with them). He takes time to listen, diagnose and discuss treatment options. The entire front office staff and nurses have always been friendly, polite and always return phone calls, answer in timely manner and behave in a professional manner which is not always seen in medical clinics. Definitely a place I'd advise for urgent care OR as a main medical provider.

I happened to be seen in San Jose for shingles but just to be safe was tested for moneypox. The providers in San Jose sent meds to the wrong pharmacy and since I currently live and work in Los Banos I figured it would be easier to get another script sent to the right pharmacy. This is what brought me to Annex. The MD came in with a look of utter disgust. Never introduced himself and proceeded to berate me for physically coming in the office telling me it would have been more appropriate to call instead. I had no idea you can just call a place you’re not known as a patient and have them just I guess take your word for it and send in a script for 3 meds including one narcotic. Maybe this lazy provider does do this because he definitely didn’t take the time to look at the area of skin where my shingles were. I’m grateful the MD called in the meds I needed. I was truly miserable and in a lot of pain. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident and that Dr. Kettyls shows his other patients some semblance of compassion.

The front desk ladies are so rude and it takes literally 2hours or more to be seen. It doesn’t even take that long to get seen at the ER.
