Please be advise when you’re purchasing from this store. It is very expensive so better shop at Amazon much better price and very good return policy. 90% You cannot return anything from this store and then the woman name is SHARON she’s very unkind. I would advise you to look elsewhere to purchase any Medical Supply for your love ones.

Better off buying on Amazon. The prices are at least 30% less and the return policy is far more consistent.

11 SEPT 21 purchased a 3-wheel walker for my soon-to-be 92 YO mother who still lives independently. Turned out to be too unstable for her on the thick carpeting. Returned the same day, non-issue. The receipt showed a 30-day return policy, and I was told as long as it wasn't used outside, it was returnable.

18 SEPT 21. I brought my mother to Annapolis Healthcare Supplies to pick out a walker she'd feel comfortable with. Again, confirmed that it's returnable as long as it's within 30 days and it's not been outside. She chose a $270 walker.

23 SEPT 21. Mother calls to tell me that she nearly fell using the walker. It's not sturdy enough for her carpet. I told her to fold it up, put it to the side, and I'll return it when I see her in a couple of days. I'm an hour away.

25 SEPT 21. Seven days after the purchase, I return the walker to Annapolis Healthcare Supplies. The representative was absolutely marvelous. She explained that she didn't have the authority to credit more than $25 and that she had to call to get approval. She got Mary Ann on the phone.

Mary Ann suggested that I leave the walker there, give them my credit card number and to call on Monday to determine if the product was eligible for return. I said, "No."

The lovely representative walked over to the walker and pointed out a stain and something of a mark on the handle. I took my finger and got rid of the "stain" and there was no obvious mark that looked as if the walker was damaged. The representative told Mary Ann that all they had to do was wipe it off and they'd be able to resell it.

Interestingly enough, when I brought my mother to the store on 25 SEPT, someone bought the yellow 3-wheeler that I returned the previous week. Funny how that worked out for Annapolis Healthcare Supplies when they do the right thing without a debate.

I insisted that I speak with Mary Ann, because I wasn't returning on Monday and the receipt clearly says that there's a 30-day return policy.

Mary Ann must have asked the representative how much she sold during the day, as the rep said (paraphrasing), "I sold around $1800. It's a good day." That was when Mary Ann gave her approval to accept the return and credited my mother's account.

If you're looking for a consistently exceptional customer experience and reasonable prices, then I suggest Amazon. The EXACT SAME PRODUCT at Amazon was $70 less and their return policy is exceptional.

I told the rep that I'm not shopping there again and she said in a non-judgmental or sarcastic tone, "That's OK." She's right. It is OK. I hope Mary Ann knows what a gem she's got covering for her.

Being a small business doesn't give Annapolis Healthcare Supplies the excuse to provide inconsistent, finicky return policies to their customers. That's just bad business.

Pity that we have to go to such lengths for people to do the right thing, isn't it?

Wonderful, friendly people who have been helpful every time I’ve been in. Yes, their prices might be a little higher than Amazon but they are local and know what they are doing. And you can actually see what you are getting. Return policy is excellent!

This has to be the worst place to deal with. One time I bought a pair of compression stalkings from my cancer . When I got home after opening them , I looked at them and no way was I going to be able to put them on way to small. I returned to store only to be told I wore them, they looked like the size of small . I argued to no avail .
Most recently I had ordered more Sox that did fit fit . Each time I would order them they would check to see if I was eligible to get new socks through my insurance so they sent me some and then later on and I don’t want it was actually but I ordered some more socks they sent me some more. Then I find out I wasn’t supposed to get more socks shoes too early so they say they call my phone read me messages no I had no calls no messages left they had my credit card my medical credit card on file so they decided they were going to charge my credit card for the socks I got Earley which was full price which was wrong they should’ve checked my insurance CERT first before they ordered them these people are not very customer friendly and I rude I will never buy from them again stay away.

I have purchased a variety of things from this store: compression socks, foot/toe inserts to help with nerve damage, and supplies for my infant. Each time I have had great service and experienced a very helpful staff. A business that I will continue to visit and highly recommend.

06/09/2016 I visited Annapolis Healthcare Supplies this morning. I have an old walker and was looking for an new one. Rather than sell me a new walker, they upgraded my older model with new stems and glides. It is like new now. Their service was over the top! I can't know the circumstances behind the 2 negative reviews, but I spoke with 3 employees there and they were all kind, friendly and helpful. And, they saved me money! It doesn't get any better than that.
