Dr TAT is one the best doctors ever! She thoroughly goes over everything with you. Have worked with her and continue to be her patients! Wouldn’t have it any other way! I have seen Dr. Terrell a few times. I had a severe head cold with infection that was disgusting at best. She was very compassionate. I've a had few other times for various reasons, most of the them I called last minute and was seen by the doctor within a few days of calling. The wait times in the office have been very reasonable both in the waiting room and in the patient room and the staff delightful. I'm glad to have her in my area.

I have been seeing Dr. TAT for 3 years now. She is my son's pediatrician and I love her and her team so much, I made her my primary care doctor as well. My son gets so excited to see her and her team. My only complaint is their phone/voicemail issues. You have to call multiple times, don't even bother leaving a voicemail because they won't answer. It's really frustrating but once you're on the line, scheduling an appointment is so easy. I came from Kaiser and being able to see the same people every visit is so great for me and I feel like they keep up with us. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tat.

I also saw some comments about people always going to her PA or NP, and that's kind of true, but you can request Dr. TAT and they will schedule you with her. Usually, her schedule is more booked, so its essier to see her team. I love her team. I know that whoever I see, I'm in good hands.

I had been going to this office for 2 years and in this 2 years I have never ever met Dr Anderson Terrell! I was always appointed a PA, who was nice and very concerned for my issues, BUT as soon as I am passed on to a specialist its like your done! I had called the office and you always get voicemail but my call after seceral voicemails was never returned! My daughter had made an appt to go and she was also assigned a PA and this PA had done nothing for her, she had promised to call my daughter in a week and to this day which is months later not one call!
It's really sad these days that you cannot ever see the actual DR and get good care! I have now chosen a Doctor who will see me and not pass me on to a PA!

Dr. Anderson Terrell was nice and thorough but I only met her once as a new patient. Nurse Practitioner Nat was nice and thorough at first, but when I came in with allergic reactions she was dismissive and would not budge on getting me a referral to any specialists I requested for my allergic reactions. She ultimately did, but it took like 6 or so visits (so weeks passed by for these visits and I was still experiencing awful allergic reactions) When I did visit and said how topical/oral treatments weren't working and I wanted to see finally see a specialist I was met with passive aggressive back and forth. After a while, I felt I was being breadcrumbed my diagnosis by this office at best, or medically gaslight at worst. I have never been dismissed and mistreated like this by any medical professional before until I encountered this office. I chose this office because it was ran by women, but this has been the worst clinical treatment I have ever experienced.

She is caring, kind, friendly and takes time to listen to you and makes sure that you understand the issue you are having. I have no problem ever getting an appointment. I highly recommend her.
