I really like my primary doctor but he’s hard to get hold of and staff aren’t always flexible when helping to get paperwork dialed in for important financial matters.. Otherwise, a super busy and helpful place to go..

Scrolling through the reviews while waiting for the receptionist to set an appointment I believe 32 minutes now of waiting how bout a detailed voicemail so I can just come in to set appointment SAF and on top of that missed the call just a second prior to recalling don't think I'll be going to ampla

Do I have to pick how many stars? Can't I just give them a 0 rating? My PCP ordered me an EMG and Doppler Ultrasound. The EMG came back showing that I did NOT have Carpal Tunnel and my Ultrasound said that I had Peripheral Artery Disease. My PCP explained those results to me. After a vascular surgeon turned me away and refused to help me, I tried getting another appointment with my PCP, the nurse told me that my PCP said I needed to get a shot in my wrists for carpal tunnel first, then she will see me. What?!? Now my arms and hands are super purple, very very cold, intermittent numbness/pain and I drop everything!

The psychiatrist is even worse. He prescribed me the wrong psych med not only once, not twice but 3 times! I even showed him my prescription bottles at my first visit. I was to see him every 3 months, my car broke down so my psychiatrist did a telehealth appointment with me. I told him that I need the correct medication. He first said he wasn't the one that prescribed the wrong one after arguing back and forth he finally admitted he did prescribe it. I asked him 3 times to repeat what he was prescribing and what does he do? Prescribed it wrong again. I called him and his nurse said that my psych said I needed to go into the office physically and urine test BEFORE he will give me the correct medication. I just had an appointment with him the week before. Again, What?!? The only good Dr. there is my Chiropractor. She is just wonderful. Needless to say, I really don't trust the doctors there.

Worse place ever, I had paid them all my bill but they still reported to my credit and then later their accountant acknowledged that she was screwed.

Horrible with appointments. If they keep you waiting in line for hours, no matter but you are late 5min, then you appointment is cancelled.

I had virtual appointment, lady signed in me virtually and said doctor will call you right away. The doctor didn’t call for over an hour. I was running out of time, I had another appointment in my office. I had to call the Ampla front desk again and complain about why doctor is not calling? This place is absolutely horrible and irresponsible. The don’t have enough doctors and staff to handle the demand.

I appreciate my primary care physician. She is phenomenal.

I actually really like my primary care doctor here, however EVERYTHING ELSE is horrible. Their scheduling is horrible! They over schedule their doctors. They cancel appointments last minute repeatedly. I mean I was almost in the parking lot when they canceled my last one n then I was told today it’s MY fault for not calling repeatedly to reschedule or request a different doctor. The staff (mainly the receptionists) are not only uncaring they are down right rude. If you have the means and ability I highly recommend you go somewhere else. They use to be good here but their quality of care, compassion, and patient service GONE!

Absolutely the worst place. If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Communication amongst their staff is lacking.
Waited for a rescheduled appointment, checked in and they forgot I was there all morning waiting for this appointment and they had the nerve to try to send me away saying I was late. COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

And Dr Richard’s… awful. Literally laughed when told, “I’m doing at home exercises because they have yet to call for physical therapy.” Dr doesn’t give any recommendations or direction besides injections to get you in and out of the office.

I want them to see this review I really do. Because I want them to know and see how how poorly they are treating patients.

I came in to the express care today to get my son's Hema globin tested and when I came in window 7 and 8 were just sitting there gossiping about coworkers being pregnant and if she should abort it or not and window 9 was helping someone and they all saw me come in but instead of helping me window 9 joined the gossiping circle and I sat there for 7 minutes before I finally took a deep sigh Loud enough for them to hear and then they rolled there eyes at me and told there coworkers to wait a minute and called me up then bagin to be extremely rude and give me attitude and just directed to a clip board and a doorbell. Very unprofessional and plian rude.

If you can go some where else, please do. While I do appreciate my provider, she is so busy I can never get in at a reasonable time to see her. The office has repeatedly violated state law in regards to reasonable access timely care, and their office staff is rude, discourteous and unprofessional. Unfortunately, they're not going to change until the word gets out and people leave.
