I honestly don't know what happened. I am looking for a new rheumythologist and I don't know why. I have been receiving Care from this office for over 3 years. I saw them last Spring before I went on summer vacation to North Carolina. I was gone for 4 months and When I returned to have a check up and refill prescriptions. The office completely fumbled my Scheduling. even though I had lab work done and needed to be discussed with my Doctor. My Primary care Doctor's office sent operations referrals as requested by them to no Avail. The last phone call from them was to schedule an appointment. When I returned the call, I spoke to a new young man in the office and he promised me they would get back to me and never did.
I wish they could save my experiences because I appreciated their help and the Doctor and I seem to get along OK. I think the problem is in their clerical. Like I said, I really don't know because there's no communication..
My primary Doctor has been filling my prescriptions for my Arthritis. However, I do need to see a specialist to stay updated with this terrible disease. If the doctor would like to formally pass me by, I think they should do some sort of professionalism.

Dr. Chatha and nurse practitioner Deuberry are knowledgeable and good with patients. They were able to diagnose me and develop an effective treatment plan to manage my condition. They are good about listening to my concerns and explaining things. The staff at the front desk are very nice and professional as well.

My wife arrived for her appointment today to discuss lab results from a previous visit that required my wife to have laboratory tests. We have Cigna insurance. On arrival was told by the receptionist to pay $40 co-pay. My wife has already met her deductible for the year with the insurance. However we were told to pay the $40 or reschedule when my wife can pay the $40. We live in another town and had to drive a long distance for the medical appointment. On the previous visit my wife had paid the $40 co-pay.

I think it’s terrible when you know the patient has good insurance since Cigna has already paid over a $ million for my wife’s 16 surgeries over the past year and a half. I’m a former teacher with excellent insurance for my wife.

The fact that the doctor would not see the patient to discuss lab results in my opinion is despicable and not patient focused.

Very disappointed that this doctor is more interested in the dollar than the patient.

I have been going there for one year, once a month. Dr. Chatha is very thorough and right to the point. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and courteous. Her nurse practitioner, Makayla, is the sweetest person you ever met. I highly recommend this practice.

Office personnel are very nice , The office is very clean. Dr Chatha is very knowledgeable and listens about your concerns.She told me thing's i had no idea of .Was my first visit ,and I was very pleased with her and her staff.

Dr Chatha has been so helpful and patient dealing with my issues. I have been seeing her for about 4 years she also treats my husband with his rhymotoid arthritis. We are both very pleased with her and her staff. Really like her NP as well.
