Have 6 broken vertebrae, herniated discs, bulging disks and cant walk without it. Stopped in while traveling to work in Frederick. The PT lacked the knowledge to even recognize it's a thoracic as well as lumbar support brace. One must be a patient and pay out of pocket to even look at the brace. If one isn't paying it seems one doesn't matter. In massive pain waiting for PT appointment in two weeks. Can't go into hospital where brace was given as wait time is 2 months. The Hippocratic oath means nothing to this office. It would have taken a mere few minutes to at least look at the brace and send me on my way.
Left with a "good luck buddy".
I highly recommend Rankin Physical therapy, particularly Bob in Innwood, as he readjusted it out of the kindness of his heart without even an appointment or co-pay. Some medical professionals should be ashamed of themselves; being a decent human is free. A little help would have gone a long way.

All the HR ladies have been the most helpful and professional at there jobs. Jessica, Shameka, Ashley and Rhonda, Thank you and please keep up the good work. It's was nice to see and joke around with Zach another therapist on the way back to see Heather for my first time dry needling. She is amazing and very knowledgeable and understanding, especially if you questioned dry needling, like I did. The tech Cassie is great at her job, full of knowledge while doing multiple tasks and still performing her job. Each therapist here all work hard to get you back to where you need to be. Can't wait until my next dry needling appointment. Thank you all for such great environment to have physical therapy in.

Amber Hill PT is a great place for your PT needs! Cassi was very friendly and help! Heather and Zach take their time to work with you individually one patient at a time unlike other places that have the feel of an assembly line. Amber hill has the small practice feel of years ago, something you didn’t see anymore these days! Great staff and great all around care! Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!!!! Thank you for helping me heal with my ruptured bicep injury!!!

I've been to a few places for physical therapy but this was the first time I felt like they give enough time one on one with their clients. Zach and Heather are amazing! They pay attention to my progress (or setbacks at times) and adjust as needed to make sure I'm getting to a pain free and stronger place with my ankle and lower back.

The Amber Hill location in Jefferson has been helping me recover from shoulder surgery for some time and the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful during my recovery. Heather, Zach and Emma are always a a friendly face that makes me feel comfortable trusting them with my health.
