I was very impressed with the owner's honesty about what the Medicare rep had incorrectly told me about exchanging my bed from one medical supplier company to another company.
He explained how he would not be paid by Medicare since the first supplier had already been paid by Medicare.
I was very disappointed.
I only had wished that I had known about the Always Care Medical Supply INC company in the first place.
I definitely plan to use this company in the future and I will tell people who are looking for medical supplies to please call the Always Care Medical Supply INC company first.

I needed 2 J Style Black Metal Cane's..
Spoke to Sam. Think he's an Owner / Operator.
He only had 2 pieces left, but held them for me as promised until I was able to collect them 2-3 days later. Excellent Location on San Pablo Avenue near Solano beside Max's Liquor. Fairly Easy Street Parking nearby. ..

I can't thank the team enough at Always Care Medical Supply. My mom who is 73 was in need of a walker after having surgery. I called a few stores and they all had an added fee to use my moms Medicare insurance for the walker. Always Care Medical Supply accepted my moms Medicare and didn't charge an extra fee, they also let me know, all the other products my mom is eligible to receive and informed me that they could have them shipped directly to my moms house. Very happy with them and patience they had with mi situation.

Me and my son Marcus, wanted to get a new Walker for my grandfather. We went to several stores but there was always extra fee for medicare insurance. We were getting frustrated. After calling around 5 stores in the area. Always Care Medical Supply was the first location to call me back. They set me up with a walker and shower chair for my friend's parents. They took the time to explain everything to us. I will need a new Nebulizer soon and will be returning next month to get one here.
